Now I'm gonna be straight here, this herb just doesn't do it for me. I'm pretty lame with my herbs and only take 5 different ones on weekdays. So. Currently I'm taking

He shou wu
Ashwaghanda
Lift mode trib
Macuna
Tongkat Ali

I'm considering adding a Saturday and Sunday herb and maybe in a few months going for a different set every other week (fourteen in all)

I already use pine pollen in my shakes so that's out.

What's your favourite herb lads? And why?

I workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Progressive overload style, heavy ass compound exercises. Btw.

May I recommend black maca? Or Horny Goat weed?

rhodiola if you want energy
pine pollen powder is also quite good
butea superba megadosed is great for dht I can feel it hard

how'd u get your hands on liftmode trib? long time ago?

It's a big ass tub I bought a year or two ago. Its pretty good stuff. I use pine pollen daily so that's out.
Butea sounds like interesting one. Definitely thinking cistanche for Saturdays. Maybe Rhodiola on Sunday? Thanks for your input guys.

I don't feel my herbs profoundly but ashwa always makes me feel pretty calm and capable of dealing with things without losing my temper. It's definitely one I wouldn't swap out.

I don't feel my herbs profoundly but ashwa always makes me feel pretty calm and capable of dealing with things without losing my temper. It's definitely one I wouldn't swap out.

dry upping the dosing. for rhodiola I use st francis brand cuz I had a huge amount before I even crashed that's still lasting. I use 5ml of the tincture and I definitely feel it. one time I did 10ml and it made me manic but I also couldn't sleep and pulled allnighter...

kinda cool tool to have in the tool belt.

butea superba i've used 10 grams and was super aroused for like 3 hours even when I had very low libido at a low spot of pfs.

cistanche I haven't tried megadosing but I should. LEH says just 1 gram. I'll try 5-10 once to see. apparently it's 5ar inhibitor tho? could be wrong but i thought i read that here.

I try to avoid dosing so highly. I usually take about 1.5g of most herbs 2x per day. Apart from tong kat which it's pretty potent lol.

Well, definitively i would put Catuaba and Marapuama to complete the 7 rotation scheme, because Catuaba i feel it everytime i use on my cycle, and i realized a good effect from marapuama too.

I will keep walking.....i think i have 3 years of walking on protocol to achieve there.
