I don't get them, and I think that's safe to say for everyone. But that doesn't mean anything. If that's what it does to you, then maybe it's not for you. Try it a few times and see what happens.

On the herbs? I do all of them in the rotation except for ashwaganda and Mucuna...the only two my gut has disagreed with.
