I have contacted a lot of the distributors and all the Super R Andro bottles were produced in 2016. If these bottles are stored safely in a dark place they are good for over 3 years.

They won’t lose their potency or efficacy. I have 3 bottles directly from IML and they were indeed produced during April 2016. This product is essential and needs to stay.

However, whilst it has the same Androsterone content, CD said not to bother with it.

CD if you can chime in, would you rate it in any way an adequate substitute if Super R-Andro RX did vanish? I think tbh I've bought the last RX available anywhere in the UK now. I'll go with Shred regardless I think if not next cycle, but I'll wait for the big guy's opinion.

SS7, I also noticed the R Andro Shred is a similar compound structurally. I know the Epi is added in it as well but this means R Andro Shred might have the same ingredients as Primordial’s AndroHard V3.

Accoring to this SS discussion the original AndroHard Eric developed just had epiandrosterone as the active ingredient.

He then switched the formula to androsterone only for V2. Then he mixed Androsterone and Epiandosterone for V3. Am I reading this correctly?

All the remaining Super R Andro bottles zardoz. Iron Mag Labs told me they will most likely discontinue the product and the only ones left were made in 2016.

I spoke with the guru Eric from PP and he recommends refrigerating the bottles to preserve them longer. Store them in a safe dark place to extend the shelf life of the prohormone.

Bottom line is to get some semblance of stability in your system before jumping into the hormone game. That's going to be different for everyone depending on where they're at health wise. For some guys it could be as early as three months, for others, it could be six months to a year. There really isn't a one size fits all answer when it comes to introducing exogenous hormones into a compromised system. It should be taken on a case by case basis.

When I throw timelines out like that, I'm typically speaking specifically to the person asking the question.

Definitely doable. Start NOW. This isn't guaranteeing anything, but after my first water fast, I got back alot of sensitivity pretty much right after the refeed and I was bad off....really bad. Honestly though, I'm thinking you'll probably only need the juice feast.

Not that I’m aware of. At most some basic difficulty concentrating sometimes but no major brain fog/depression/etc. But I’m hoping I notice some improvements there as well, though no guarantees. Sensitivity is the main issue that I would be thrilled to overcome

And even if for some reason all of the prohormones become discontinued, the protocol will remain unchanged. The prohormones are not a necessity for this program. They just speed things up a bit and add a little kick to the whole healing process.

There are many guys who have healed without using them.
