I let it all slide for a while, no working out, drugs, not caring in general about my wellbeing, piled on a tonne of mental stress from work and my libido dropped a little.

I think I'm past relapse now.

Hope you guys are good and it's been a long while but I'd like to personally thank cd for his guidance over the years.
Hes helped me through pfs, brutal relationship problems, and drug habits. My gratitude is eternal. Old friend. I hope one day I can return the favour.

Good to see you man. I read through all your posts when I was at my worst and your attitude really inspired me.

And yeah I have the same gratitude for cd. I'm sure he's saved quite a few lives with this stuff.

I'm pretty damn good. Thanks for asking. Luck is always a factor but you also made right decisions ie) finding a mentor and discipline so for sure give yourself credit.

Good to hear from those who have gone before. Grateful to everyone who comes back with encouraging words. Thanks, gents.

It's probably the best thing you could do for your fellow sufferers to come back on occasion and let us know your recovery was indeed a recovery and entirely achievable.

You've doubtless done a lot of good doing this, I hope you realise that.

All the very best to you friend, you deserve every single bit of the fun you're having. :)

Bro....if I'm ever in the UK we're gonna go tie one on for the books!

I love helping guys who love to help themselves. You picked it up and ran with it proper.

Good to see you back here even if it's for a minute. Coming back to check in is HUGE for morale and the guys in the thick of it presently.

Thank you.

I drop in occasionally depending on how much free time I've got. I sorta dread the pms when I show up but they weren't so bad this time.
