Did anyone notice this? Not just my penis, but if i pinch a part of my body i can barley feel it. Like sensory neuropathy. Does anyone have this symptom or know what can be taken for it?

How long since you took fin? Had it really bad as you're describing it, my entire body was completely numb, couldn't feel pain when i pinched it, pretty much at 80% now.

You can't spot reduce symptoms. You can only work on fixing and bringing into balance the entire organism. Everything will fall into place eventually.
