hey guys just trying to brainstorm how to get more energy.

I'd like to accomplish a lot but the energy requirements for what I want to do I think i'm failing to meet.

here are some ideas

1) sleep (consistent wake/sleep times)
2) coffee
3) meditation
4) high nutritent diet (cd's paleo + carbbackloading diet)
5) juicing
6) some of the herbs (rhodiola, cordyceps give me energy for sure)
7) other stimulants (obviously not sustainable but gives an extra kick,)
8) cold showers
9) moderate exercise to get blood pumping
10) energy management / time management (cutting out things and monitoring where the few energy you have is going)

anyone know any other great things to get energy up? I'm sure it's possible to possibly double my productivity if done intelligently.

Sounds like you should have it covered. Maybe drink a monster or a red bull?
