Dandruff

Hello fellow recoverers,

Been a while since I posted but things are going well.

I was just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation on how to treat dandruff? Even with the bald head it’s been a problem.

The natural shampoo has been great but I’ve always been more receptive to having dandruff. I used to use head and shoulder but I am trying to avoid now for obvious reasons.

Apple cider vinegar rinses worked well for me when dandruff was a problem.

I use this to keep my tan in the summer time but it makes a perfect skin moisturizer all year long.
