Is cologne off-limits?

I know that we need to choose soaps and deodorants that aren’t full of wacky chemicals, but are colognes okay?

Personally I would avoid it. A lot of these colognes ate endocrine disrupters. I use non alcoholic scented oils from the Middle East. They’re natural and have been in use for thousands of years

Depends on what you use. If you're going to use colognes simply spray them on your clothes, not your skin..
