Rings on the penis - Not peyronie

Hello everyone. I was wondering who of you had rings (yes, rings... circles) at the base and the shaft of the penis (underneath the skin) and managed to recover.

This is not peyronie.

I have some and i’m afraid that it is apoptosis and consequently irreversible. Has anyone here had this and recovered from that?

If it started since Finasteride, then it only makes sense it will return to normal once your hormones are back?

This did not return to normal after 7 months, such as my erections, libido and sleep. I used insignificant doses of saw palmetto and astaxanthina, and yet I have PFS.

Ya as Benq said. I had rotation on axis like 95° to left AND beinding to the left like 80°degree. That looked so shitty it was crazy XD. Rotation is now maybe 15° and bending like 20°. Nothing really unordinary. I stand to my belives that everything is fixeable. I hope so at least XD

Do they impact performance or just unpleasant to look at? Is it only at the base where extra skin is?

In fact it does not bother me by appearance, but I am afraid they are dead cells / apoptosis and will never regenerate. That is, I am afraid that I will never have these tissues to produce DHT, and stay with low libido and ED forever.
