How many of you have or have had hourglass penis? My penis looks dead. Sometimes I have erections sitting or lying on my stomach, but never when I'm standing. When I'm going to pee, it creates a flaccid hourglass shape, but soon after it disappears (mainly when erect). It feels very light, both when soft and “hard“.

I swear death would be better than that. I want my erection and my libido back. Only that.

I had hourglass penis badly back about 4 years ago...it since has gotten much better still not the same but least i know mentally there has been improvement. Just keep faith mate, it will come back.....stay on the program long enough I do believe the body will start to calibrate where the DHT has to be 're-ignited' and it will fill in the penis once you get to a stronger level......hopefully thats' what I am counting on.

I do know masturbation is prolonging the recovery for the penis though....with me nofap is extremely hard...even harder for me than quitting cigarettes!

For a long time I would get the hourglass shape after peeing, if I had been peeing for 20+ seconds. I never had the hourglass during erections or any other time.

For me, the post-urination hourglass symptom is gone, which is pretty darn encouraging.

I had this as well. Then again, I pretty much had it all.

I only had this like first few months yeah. CD had it too but he probably doesn't even remember but I read all his posts and I remember our symptoms being almost exactly the same. Just follow the protocol. time will pass and faster you'll recover. by time you do it 6 months in you'll be 80-100% recovered anyways with a new appreciation for life. for me I got 80% pretty fast and then that last 20% took a long time for some reason.
