Anyone use this in their diet? I’ve been thinking of implementing it into my diet due to anti oxidants and other benefits. I think I’m noticing some anxiolytic effects from it as well. I read someone saying it may be a 5ar inhibitor somewhere? But i think the consensus here was that a food that inhibits 5ar wouldn’t have the same affect as something like fin, any experiences?

I put some in my protein shake sometimes to improve the flavor. Haven't noticed anything positive or negative, except it being tasty lol.

I'd say use it here and there but not daily. Food sources are usually complex enough to not be "bad".
Used raw cocoa for a bit in ma morning coffee(kek) and didn't notice anything positive/negative too, but it's a good antioxidant which we can always need haha
It's VERY high in copper tho, which a lot PFS people seem to be toxic in, that's why I'd say maybe use it carefully^^

Cocoa / chocolate is a heavy 5ar inhibitor and really sets me back far. I learned that the hard way.
