Just found a LEH article the states Cistanche & He Shou Wu are both herbs that might lower DHT levels and act as 5ari. They are in same section as Saw Palm, Nettle, etc. these are the first two herbs that I began my cycle with. I don’t want to bin, but is anyone else aware of this?

You have nothing to worry about there. Do you think I would include 5ar inhibitors in the herb cycle? Lol. If that was the case there would be no recoveries here and I wouldn't be recovered.
