Alright guys here's a little update on things.
Last 2 days am/pm cardio sessions I've done my max time of 35 minutes like its nothing so I'll be upping the speed just a hair tomorrow.
I'm feeling great and stronger everyday.

So I met a new girl and come to find out she's in the sports medicine field...
On top of that she eats and lives healthy and on top of all that she's very good looking and likes me. Lol
So I guess I'll find out if this type of girl is any better than a normal gal...
Worse case I get a few free check ups and learn something.

Wish I hadn't tried Androenhance; one application on my body caused a bad rash, so I had to use it on my legs, and the skin is still dry as Fck four weeks after stopping. Dermacrine is great, though.

If you're brave, you can still get it at Predator.

I'm pretty much done with all the new phs and supps that are coming out and I plan to just start using real gear and running 1 nice long cycle a year. When you figure it out its way cheaper this way, the gains will be held better, safer, less sides, and the list could go on.
Cash spent on 1 8 week cycle of AM or AB is crazy and that price doesn't get much better when running 6wk ph cycles either.
I don't have anything stoping me or keeping me from pinning so I figured I might as well and save some cash at the same time.

So glad I got out of bed and did cardio because it was so damn easy!!
Maxed out incline 12% and 4mph the whole 36 minutes!!
Was sweating like a hog and it was probably around 36 inside my workout room.
Not really doing anything at work today so I'll just chance the oil and fuel filter on my truck and call it a day.
Haven't been posting my meals lately because it just been the same thing all week.
Chicken, broccoli, and a Greek yogurt dipping sauce for lunch and chicken salad with a bunch of stuff for dinner.
Today I did make a new lunch meal and it tasted great.
Check it out.
Super easy, quick, and tasty...
A that's needed is broccoli, chicken, and Greek yogurt for a dressing.
Only used 1/3 cup or less of yogurt but added a avocado to it.
Took all of 5-10 minutes to make.

Oh and that's my pre workout meal for deads this evening.
Still going to keep the weight pretty light but lots of reps..
Not trying to kill/drain myself right before I leave out of town for the Christmas.

Its not my heart that need to be won but my attention is what regular girls can't keep. As soon as things get stale or boring I'm gone.

I fucking hate picking between 2 girls because it leaves me wondering!
Both are fit and have fitness backgrounds, both like cars, and I have a shit load in common with both of them.
1 has a kid but that's common around here and most females my age or you get have 2-3 kids, so that's for sures not a deal breaker.
Both will be given a shot so it'll be in there hands.

Did 35 minutes of cardio and my body feels zapped and my legs felt it right as I started my 2.5 mile cardio session.
So no deads tonight but I'll still eat a sweet potato tonight and kill deads tomorrow first thing in the morning!!!
What I will do is some light chest. More of a stretch than anything because the weight will be kept low. Incline and flat bench/flys.

Thanks fot the heads up but When I say Lightly sea salted I mean lightly salted because there's about a pinch of salt added just for flavor.
I'm only on AL/AHv2 so BP and bloat aren't much of an issue.
When it run a real cycle I'll be sure to knock out most if not all salt or high in sodium food.

Oh and last night I went carb crazy!!!
After eating the first round of carbs I went and worked out for 30-45 minutes, I ate the pudding I made, then had more Cheerios, then had 1/2 cup oats and finished the night off with a can of salmon.
Feeling great this morning and plan to hit deads around 10-11am then I'll come in the house and make myself a killer meal.
1 pound ground turkey, 5 whole organic eggs and either some Ezekiel bread or a couple tortillas.

Not really filling up to it but I know as soon as I start I'll be able to just keep going.
After I'll do some back exercises and go make dinner!!

The tiny Mexican girl from last weekend called me up and wanted to come over and like the gentleman I am I said sure come right on over. So she did and lets just say I slept really really well and woke up to some more fun. Lol
So now there's 3 girls in my life and all 3 have things going for them but the 2 newest girls are just that NEW so I'm interested in finding out more about them. Most of the time having 3 girls is tough but these 3 live 20-30 minutes away from each other in completely different areas so the chances of me being spotted with different girls is very slim. I Think!!! Lol

Anyways she just took off and now its time to get ready for some cardio in the treadmill and then I'll be headed out of town for Xmas with my family at my parents ranch.

I'm okay at cooking, it's the damn clean up you have to do after every time, gr.. Glad I got a girl who is willing to cook for me though. When I say i'm ready to eat clean, she does all the cooking and prep. This year i'm going to help her out much more to ensure we can keep this up long term.

Well I stayed home an extra day so I could stay on track and hit cardio yesterday this morning and I also did squats this morning so my lifting is out of the way and I'm headed out of town right now to my parents ranch to spend Christmas with family.

Hell I was good today and woke up did 5 long hill sprints and at the top I'd lift some weights I brought with me.
After that I ate 4 eggs ham and turkey lunch meat and an avocado.
Snacked on pecans all day to hold me over.

Going to stay fasted longer today and drink at least 2 gallon of water to get me looking normal again.

I have no X-mas spirit.... I'm different I know... but that's how I am, especially after things I went through.

I did... however, of my own accord and choosing, ate about 2 kilo's of Lasagna Monday.... in about 3 different settings. Also had the craziest sandwhich, egg, ham and cheese combo's for the morning... and pound cake....

So I feel your pain bro

If I were you (if!) I would start really light, and just hit the reps really slow, let your body get warm and start burning, let you muscle start working. And then, when you're sweating like crazy and start seeing them vainz come out, THEN hit it heavy. By going heavy at that point, in my experience, I tend to burn insane amount of bodyfat.

Just an idea. You could try it, see how it treats ya

Yesterday I placed a huge order for pre, post, and before bed protein, MCTs, CLA, BCAA, and I think that's it. My usual protien/supp spot had a sweet 15% off sell so I couldn't hold back. Lol package should weigh around 40-50 pounds.

Yesterday I hit chest and I went light and slow.... Really got a good pump and can't wait to hit flys with my new dbs.
I did flat and incline bench and flys.

Woke up this morning and did 35 in the treadmill then did like 3 light sets of tris and bis.

Will be leaving to pick up my DBs this morning and on the way back I'm going to call a guy in Santa Cruz to see if we can meet up so I can buy a Olympic benches flat, incline, and decline.

DB set with rack, mats, plus I picked up another Olympic bar and weights 295lbs total..
Grand total 500 bucks!!
He wanted 400 for the DBs/rack, 300 for the bar/weights, and 40 for the mats so I think I got a great deal.

Well Ive been keeping up with the am cardio and don't plan to skip it anytime soon.
Squat day today and as bad as I want to go out and stay up late I think I'll be staying home cooking chicken and eating a nice big fresh meal. That's the plan if I don't take any of the girls out. Lol

Left work early to hit squats and I kept it light but went slow and low.

Oh and I made the best damn protein pudding today.
1 scoop protein
1-2 tbs coconut oil
Almond milk to your liking

Left work early to hit squats and I kept it light but went slow and low.

Oh and I made the best damn protein pudding today.
1 scoop protein
1-2 tbs coconut oil
Almond milk to your liking

I'm telling you, you gotta try UMP. I can get a super thick pudding just by the powder and water added. Sometimes I would mix it with greek yogurt, or put a spoon full of almond butter on top. Adding almond milk and coconut oil are some things I would not have used, but with problend I would.

I just use isolate or the premium blend that I buy. Its hydro, isolate, and casien.
I add the oil for flavor not to thicken it up, and I'd like to try that ump but I don't see it anywhere I shop.

I pretty much plan to eat chicken fish or beef with every meal and veggies will be part of every meal. Carbs will be from healthy sources only and in large amount only after lifting days and Sunday.

I totally understand that man!

At first, I was the same. I remember I would eat like crazy, especially when I would get blood shot red eyed stoned. But especially when I went to Live in Miami, first time on my own. Instead of becoming a wild party animal, I became a soldier so to speak.

I would always be working on a goal. I used to play guitar for a band, and then I was a singer for this other band that started making it a bit big in the local Miami Metal scene. We would play at bars, clubs sometimes even venues with bigger bands. I eventually got kicked out of the band, because of always performing live on hard drugs. Mind you, I always made a scene and did my part AWESOME (feedback from fans).

Why am I telling you all this? well, a) because those were sick ass amazing days and b) so you understand where I had to rise from.

So, after I got kicked out, man... I was still working out, eating right and stuff... but I hit complete rock bottom. I went through some episodes that I still get flashbacks from today when I sleep. And these thoughts they just DON'T leave your head. So while still being a pothead, and still doing hard drugs, I started living clean and really serious with a bodybuilding lifestyle. I would get mad stoned, or even go on a crazy hardcore trip, everyone would be trippin balls, and I would be watching the clock, to eat exactly every 2 hours!

I remember I once crashed at this crack house... with a couple of Tupperware's of Tilapia's, some brown rice and mixed veggies. I would chill with people that looked as if they where starving to death, and yet, I warned them, if they DARE touch my food, I would stab them death! and I showed them my knife (I think even flexed my bicep while doing that) to instill fear in them suckazz. It was somehow always easy to be the most dominant junkie. I used to have so much mindpower back in those days. And it's amazing what the mind can accomplish.

So yeah, point from where I am coming from. After many many messed up episodes. Girl problems, betrayals, financial mess-ups, I can get mad stoned, but still, my routine, my schedule as a bodybuilder was PRIORITY. Sometimes I miss those days. But, if I go back... I know I will never ever come back alive.... I was fortunate I could get out and live a decent life today. Might not be as fortunate next time.

Did 35 minutes of cardio this morning.
Had 7.5 ounces of chicken breast, 2 servings of mixed veggies, and a scoop of protien in 1.5tbs of coconut coconut oil, cinnamon, and a splash of almond milk.
All of that works out to just shy of 800 cals.
I will lift tonight and the neat about a 1500 cal dinner then all make a 3-500 call snack before bed.

Everything is going good diet has been on track other than a couple extra servings of peanuts.
Cardio AM/PM everyday. Tomorrow is deads and I had a nice big bowl of oatmeal after my workout today and then had 2 chicken breast with 4 servings of veggies and 1tbs of olive oil.

10 oz almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein
1 serving PB2
6 ice cubes
Put in a shaker cup and enjoy!!!

Took that mixture above and cut the milk out and added a half cut of egg whites and 2-3 packets of stevia and that shit is on point!!!

Been about 1.5hr since I ate that oatmeal and I have veins popping out everywhere. Think I'll hit some light arms to get a sick pump then eat my pudding and start get into sleep mode.

Next week cals will be cut back so I can lean out, and drop some a bit of water and look better for a little get together next Saturday.

Keep what you usually use and chop up some onion, tomato, and garlic. I've even put carrots and celery in it before too.
I love garlic and only add it when its just for me.

With guacamole keep it simple and it'll always taste good. Most of the time I get lazy and just toss a spoonful or 2 of Greek yogurt in a bowl with a avocado and mix it together with seasonings and I'm gone in about 2 minutes.

Update!!!
Sprained the SHIT out of my ankle yesterday and went to DOD to have X-rays done and it all came back fine.
I will sadly be skipping squats and deads for the next 2 weeks but I'll be hitting everything else I can harder and more intense than ever before.
Diet is going to be tighter than ever and cheating isn't even an option until I get back on my feet and can do my cardio like I was.
As much as it sucks I'm ok with it because its a good test for me mentally and if I can get threw this set back I'll be golden.

The hike yesterday has my legs looking jacked today!!!
Veins everywhere unflexed and crazy veins when flexed. Lol

They are all over my quads and my calves are even better.

Here's wha I had for lunch.
I had about 6 pancakes total and the meal probably ended up being around 1800-2000 cals.
Pancakes are almond meal so no carbs but high fat and oh so good!

Ankle is feeling really good and I'm able to get around in it pretty good too.

You remembered my fractured chest right? The pain finally went away this week... but I did heavy benching 2 weeks ago, about 110 pound dumbbells on incline, I just squeezed mentally through the pain, and it hurt bad afterwards....

But, today, it's healed.

That's how I go though with injuries... I go a bit lighter than usual, and still quick when I really HAVE to, but I like pushing myself through... or else I'd just get DEPRESSED.

Even with the jacked ankle I'm out in my gym doing something AM/PM.
Lots of shoulder, back, chest, lats, and arm work this week. Lots of sets and lots of reps on all lifts.

Yesterday while At Costco for the first time this year I noticed they are stocking a lot more organic and free range products.
Bought some organic unsalted butter, organic veggies, raw free range cheese, organic free range hamburger.
While shopping at a couple other places I found raw milk and a host of other natural, organic, and free range items.

Strip the leafs of the stem, tear into big pieces as they shrink a lot when baked, toss with 1Tbs of EVO, season to your liking I used salt pepper garlic. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes I did mine 13.

My pancake recipe doesn't have any honey in it so that's not an issue.
Also the next time I make the coconut bread I won't be using honey either.
If you really think about it a TBS of honey in a whole loaf of bread isn't much carbs per slice so even if its used I wouldn't worry about it.

I have a fractured bone in my lower leg and the specialist put me in a boot and I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if the ligaments are doing better because they are stretched bad or slightly torn. Looks like I'll be out for 4-6 weeks...

I was lighter than usuall and wieght around 195 when it happened so extra wieght wasn't to blame but my carelessness was because I should of been watching for rocks better and I ended up stepping on one just right and the ground gave away making all 195 pounds toqure the leg over messing everything up.
All in all I had a good time that day and stuff like this just happens. So glad I decided to not run a cycle of Tbol LV or anything else at the start of the year like I planned.
My gut and heart tell me to push threw and lift but my brain is saying no!! Lol
Brain is going to win so I need a bunch of different chest, shoulder, back, arm, and all the other muscles that I can work out without putting a heavy load on my leg.

Thanks and I hope to make it threw this without gaining to much unwanted pounds so a speedy recovery is for sures needed.

Well I've made the decision to start following the CarbNite protocol and I was planning to start today but I have a bunch of fresh fruit that I need to eat so I'll get most of that ate today and hopefully I'll start my 10 day no carb days by friday, then I'll have a CarbNite after I lift.
I don't see any problems with me being able to follow this way of eating and it'll be fun to pig out on some carbs I haven't had in a while.
I haven't had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch in years!!!!

Well I haven't really been updating this lately because not much is going on in my life and lifting is nothing like it was without my legs.
So here's a quick update on other things.
Leg is feeling great. Did a little walking without the boot last night because I was in a date. Lol a space boot just isn't that stylish.
This morning it looks almost normal in size so that's good and if all goes well I hope to be out of this boot on the 29th.
Did no/low carb for 4-5 days and last night I had a CarbNite early but it was worth it. Today until next Saturday or Sunday will be Low carb then a CarbNite on Saturday or Sunday.
With all that's happened this year (fractured leg, and weight gain) I'm still doing fine with the ladies and this log started with 3-4 girls in the running and I've slowly let 3 fade away and now there's is only 1!!!
And let me tell you guys she is NICE!!! She's 5'2, 100-105 pounds MAX, nice long hair, beautiful eyes and smile, and the cherry on top is shes into damn near everything I'm into. Cars, trucks, guns, knives, and the list could go on.
She'll be the one getting my time from here on out..
Time to get my ass into shape thou, and my drive has been kick stated a little by haveing a great night yesterday. Hope it continues.

Well I haven't really been updating this lately because not much is going on in my life and lifting is nothing like it was without my legs.
So here's a quick update on other things.
Leg is feeling great. Did a little walking without the boot last night because I was in a date. Lol a space boot just isn't that stylish.
This morning it looks almost normal in size so that's good and if all goes well I hope to be out of this boot on the 29th.

Sucks big time for me because squats and deads are my favorite lifts.
I'm gonna just let the cardio situation play it's self out and see how things go. Don't want to rush anything.
And it better heal up before it gets hot because I need my wheels to be looking good.

Carbohydrates that cause insulin spikes. If insulin is high a lot of the time, then the body start to become resistant (to protect itself).

I believe its just a rebound gut and fat more than anything.
I don't eat any carbs that spike insulin, other than my CarbNite that I just started, and I've only had one of those.
Saturday or Sunday is my next one

I eat avocados year around.. Perk of working on a avocado ranch.

The plan right now is to lean up and try and get big up top them when I get back to squats and deads I'll hit them hard and let my legs just blow up like they always do.
I need to be leaned out a good bit by 2/23/13 because I'll probably be on a little trip or vaction for the bday of the girl I'm talking to.

yeah, looks like 20ish to me. looking at your delts & traps and arm vascularity I'd say less but your midsection I'd say more. Assuming your legs and back look as lean as your arms and upper body around 20 is pretty close guess.

If I saw a pic of just your upper body I'd expect to see a decent 4 pack at the very least. How is your posture? Do you work hunched over all day?

If I eat 2 boxes of cereal along with 2 bags of marshmellows I'll be at 980g carbs.
That's without the 180g that will come from the pancakes and syrup.
I think with milk I'll be at
1200 grams of carbs.
150 grams fat
200+ grams protein

That's just the break down of my CarbNite without what I ate earlier in the day.

They aren't regular waffles because I went Gluten Free and will stay that way as long as I'm on CNS or CBL.

1 CarbNite 11 pounds gained.
I ate somewhere around 1200g carbs, 220g protein, and 150g fat.
That was just my CN and not counting the food earlier in the day.
Total cals for the day are around 9k.

I used to make vanilla banana protein waffles years ago. Loved them with sugar fee syrup and eggs . Or just smeared natural peanut butter and sugar fee raspberry jelly and rolled them up.

What's your recipes for the protein banana waffles?? They sound good.

Man you made me dig. I found it. Haven't made these in awhile.

4 eggs and 4 egg whites
1 cup of quick oatmeal (works better for the waffles - old fashioned oatmeal for the pancakes)
1 scoop of vanilla whey (I use Myoplex or Syntha 6)
1 scoop of banana whey (Syntha 6)
1/2 cup of non fat yogurt or fat free cottage cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon of splenda or honey

Top with sugar free syrup or sugar free flavored jam.

I love peanut butter so I put some natural PB in there as well. I have since found the Bell Plantation PB2 powder which is great for lowering the calories over using real PB. Bell also makes a chocolate powder as well which I haven't tried yet.

Doc said not to do any running or jogging for 2-4 weeks but he didn't say anything about doing squats or dead lifts so I'm guessing those wont be a problem. Lol
Anyways I'm super stoked to be back on my feet and able to move around a little closer to normal.
I'll be taking it easy for the next couple weeks then I'll slowly start adding some weight. In the mean time I'll be focusing on form and technique.

Little update other than food.
I hit deads today and it felt great.
Went really light and just did lots of reps because I didnt want to put to much pressure in my leg.
Hopefully my ankle mobility will improve by Saturday so I'll be able to squat before my refeed if not I'll do more deads.

I love bacon and its low carb and high fat so it's perfect.

Leg feels damn good and I'm sure I won't be able to walk after squats tomorrow.

Did my morning pull ups and overhead press and I felt and looked Swole!!!
Muscles had a nice full round look to them. T-shirts fit totally different for 2/3 days after a 1200g+ refeed.
I'll hit deads, rows, and more pull-ups this evening. Pumps and workout should be great.

I'm not as lean but my muscles are filling out and getting bigger.
Week 3 of the Carb Nite Solution will be Saturday and I think the updated pics should show some nice gains with less BF.
Wheels are getting hit hard this week and already feel and look bigger.

Sunday I'll fry some in Kerrygold garlic butter.

I'd do it today but I cut out cheese the back half of the week, the start to eat it after my CarbNite.

Another week in the books!!!
I haven't done a minute of fucking cardio and I'm not lifting heavy because my leg and ankle.
Ate to much at the end of the week so things could of been tighter but I'm in not rush.

What's your shoulder routine like?

I love OHP and pull-ups and do lots of both.
I wish I could post up a routine but I don't have one. I go into my weight room and just do what feels right to me and could be hitting back then jump to shoulders then to whatever else I feel like doing.
Its hard for me to follow a routine because I get bored and will end up talking myself out of lifting if I now what lifts I'm missing.
Squats, and deads are done 2 times a week and bench is done once.

Oh and tonight is my CarbNite!!!!
Plan is to get in 1500-2000g of carbs downed from 4-12
Shooting to gain 15 pounds of fuel for next week so tomorrow I hope to weigh 220-225!!

Have 3.25 pounds of mashed sweet potatoes with maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon mixed in.
Plan to bake some, fry some like a doughnut, and just eat them mashed.
Baked a GF yellow cake with GF chocolate frosting.
Box of fruity pebbles
GF Waffles and maple syrup
GF brownies
Vanilla ice cream

Here's today's plan

My mind has been made up and I'm gonna go hog wild during this upcoming CarbNite!!!
Here's the rough plan
Wake up
20oz coffee and 2tbs co
Mess around in the gym for and hour
Take shower
10-11am 20oz coffee eat 1.25 pounds of 85/15 beef
11-3 bake/make some CarbNite treats
3-4pm squats and deadlifts!!!
Shooting for 10x10 of each doing both back to back with as little rest as possible.
I'll be happy with a strong 5x10 of each thou.
4pm 60g hydro whey+6g leucine
4:20 I'll smoke a bowl then eat a box of fruity pebbles
Shower
530-6 chicken and something sweet potato.
7pm waffles and maple syrup
8-12 I'll be eating cake ice cream brownies more cereal and probably something I buy later today!!!

Emotional eating at its best, but that should be behind me next week.

Its 2pm here and I'm getting antsy and want to lift so I can start to eat alresdy.

Wasn't even bad this time and only gained 5 pounds after eating 1200-1500g carbs last night.
Woke up feeling fucking great and I just felt swole!! The lack of bloat made looking in the mirror easy this morning.

Good tip bro! I might try that right after PCT, maybe stretch it a good 6 days carbless (perhaps one day just really light carbs) And the 7 th day, NO FAT and BULK up on carbs!

If your gonna go 6 days carbless just do it and skip the mini carb load and just have the massive one on the 6th day, then have another carb feast 4 days later and see how that works out.

I love to eat and that meal took all of 5-10 minutes to throw together. Bacon eggs and spinach is all that's in there.

Update pics in about 16hrs will tell the story....

I feel the Carb Night Solution is working and working well. The food I'm eating is fucking great, I feel fucking great, making fucking great progress, and life is fucking enjoyable!!!!

I'll start and keep it at 12.5 and run it until the bottle is empty. Recomp, LBM, drop in BF, and strentgh. Lol
I've read mutipule sources on the net and some love it some don't so I'll run it and decide for myself.
I'm also on AndroMass so I may hold off and finish that off first.
So many ideas not enough time to run it all safely. Lol

What's your thoughts and what not on osta??

seems like the perfect boost for cut/recomp and for bridging or ramping into a cycle. Headaches seem to be a common complaint but other than that it sounds pretty mild. The risks are equal to the gains which are in sync with the moderate yet not out of control cost which is all perfectly acceptable to me.

I was considering running it for 8 weeks with cals just below maintnance to finish my cut and then possibily ramping into stano/trenazone/mechabol (or ultradrol) for a 5 or 6 week mild bulk with around 3200 cals a day to start summer off with a bang. Same support and pct as my last run in November. I've got everything on hand with the exception of a few support sups and the osta.

I have been daydreaming about this run for a few weeks.......

Sounds well thought out and I'd just go with it.
Thought about it today and I'll start it within the next 2 weeks.
AM should be slowing down some and hopefully the osta will be a nice little boost.
