You are the most creative home-chef I have ever met...

Is it the Cali hydro cribbs that inspire you? lol Back in the days, I'm talking 6 years back, I used to make lasagna, fettuccini, linguini, cakes (including crazy creative space ones) for all my friends. I would always be in the kitchen, back in Miami Beach. Even when we were on shrooms... the rest of the people would be trippin on the couch.. I would be grilling Tilapia in my George Foreman...

Nowadays.. I'm always on a rush, and always just prepare straight-to-go-boring-regular meals to get through the day on schedule.

Hence, the reason I wonder if it's the buds that inspire you to be so creative each and every day... Or perhaps you're just a talented artistic-chef that uses the kitchen as his canvas :D

How's the body unraveling these days? Dropping fat?

The buds for sures help me out but I just throw shit together and call it good. All that's needed is a bunch of different veggies and a few different protein sources and you end up with endless meal combinations. Plus I eat once a day so I don't have to but much effort into my weekly food prep.

Nothing is really going on body comp wise because I've just been feeling a little out of it lately and I'm not sure why I'm feeling like I am. Gonna get bloods drawn in the next 2-3 weeks and just go from there.

How can you only eat once?! I personally feel that eating more sessions a day helped my metabolism. Right now I'm even drinking about 40 grams of protein in the middle of the night when I wake up to take a piss.

I went from 5 times a day to about 7-9 a day now. And personally I feel it helped metabolic wise.

The bulletproof coffee keeps the hunger away and energy/focus is great all threw out the day.
Having a big ass dinner is just nice and a great way to end the day. Lol

Scope, It's good to hear from you bro! It's been awhile! And you've dropped A LOT!!! When are you gonna update us with pics in your log? The high fat diet sounds legit!

I'll be making an update on my log sometime this week just need to let the massive ulc feast I had the past 3 days plus some added stress bloat to go down before I post any pics. I've dropped pounds but without lifting I just look soft.

Today I'll be lifting for the first time in a 6-8 weeks.
Shoulders started acting up and knees started to bug because squats was all I was doing due to my shoulders acting up. They still hurt but I'll be doing what I can with lighter weights and more reps to end out the year.
I've been hit with a bunch of set backs this year so the rest was great for the body and most of all my mind. I actually feel like I want to lift for me again and that feels really good.
First day back will be SQUATS....

I'm also back on CNS with refeeds every 7-14 days because carbs more often just hasn't been working. Plan to stick to that for the remainder of 2013 then rethink my training come 2014. If everything plays out right I'll probably run a cycle to kick the new year off with a bang.

Oh and this past Friday was my last day smoking bud for the next 30-90 days. Aiming for 90 but we all know how that goes.
Doing this for no other reason but to just have some time off and then when I start back it'll be that much better. Lol

Squats got canceled due to working late and only getting 2hrs of sleep last night. I'll hit it in the am to make up for this evening.

Main dish split into 2
2 chicken breast and 3 cups of rice dry

Cocoa rice sweetened with stevia, also added milk and let it reduce into the rice while it steamed.

That's what I call a Fruity Pebble waffle!!! Added FP to the waffle mix and it was so good it didn't need any topping but the next one I hit it with some light corn syrup for a crazy insulin spike to finish of my night.

after reaching 460, my knee got injured and I've been sticking to 405 for a few weeks. Repping out around 3 to 4 reps.

This week since I'm trying to apply the accumulation phase principles I sumo squatted 275 today, 10 reps solid, without much effort to. I mean, I felt it! Felt amazing! And I'm damn sore already! But it wasn't that difficult going down and up.

Friday I'll be squatting normal, and I'll see if I can stick around 315's.

These 3 weeks I'm NOT going heavy... giving my CNS a chance to regain power and work capacity.

How was your squat day???

and dude... that food porn! thanks for starting again! Especially that fruity pebble waffle. How did you mix it?

Over slept due to not getting any sleep Sunday night so no squats yet. I'll be hitting squats today after work no matter what time I get off because I need to get the ball rolling.
Also need to pick up my treadmill so I can start doing 25-30 minutes 1-2 times a day. It'll be max incline at 4.5mph, and some HIIT the day after my refeeds.

All I did was toss some FP I to the mix and then into the waffle maker.

So I've been weed free since last Friday and after 3 days I've started to dream again and damn did I miss dreaming at night.
After a couple weeks I plan to go pick up some edibles and see if they will hit me like they should because I've never had any crazy experiences with them but I read and heard its the shit so I'm hoping they will have more kick now that I'm not smoking it. I'll probably pick up a volcano vaporizer when I do start back up just be ause its healthier than inhaling smoke all the time. Won't get rid of my 2 footer because when all else fails that never does. Lol

Kept tweaking my shoulders so I was just doing lower body work them my knees and back started acting up so I just took time off to let everything rest. Had no intention of a 8 week layoff but I just kept tweaking my shoulders at work, they still bug but I got tired of waiting around so I started lifting again yesterday.

Yeah it's still bugging but I'm back at it and will slowly pin the throttle over the next few months. I don't like what I see in the mirror but on the other hand I'm at a good place to pack on some mass while dropping some fat or at least not adding any to what I have. It sucks to look at my past pics and compare them to now but its also good motivation to FUCKING KILL IT, and comeback bigger and better/leaner.

Almost forgot to post this but last night I had a dream I was getting hassled by the cops and they wanted to see my card and I told them it expired and all the baggies in my truck are empty and I had nothing in my truck or on myself. The. The cop yanks me out if the truck and gives me shit for not having and buds. Then here's where it gets funny the cop pulls out a big ass bag of edibles that looked like jellybeans and I he made me eat a handful of them before he let me go. Lol

I hit squats on Tuesday and I just kept it quick and light.
On a side note I was able to do 10 wide grip pull-ups like nothing so that made me happy.
Yesterday I just did a quick BW session where I did a circuit of chin-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and hypers.
Today I'll be doing light deads with some more BW stuff and light back work.
These last 3 months of 2013 will be all about getting back into the groove, so I'll be keeping it lighter with quick but effective sessions.

It sure was but I've been hit with more injuries and shit than ever before in my life.
Broke my leg and tore up my ankle 5 days into the year. Lol
Guess the lucky 13 wasn't on my side so I'm really looking forward to getting out of 2013 and hopeing for the best in 2014.
Shit I had cycles planned for this year and none of that happened so I have a bunch of gear that need to be run and I'm really looking forward to a 12-16 week run for Test, with a Dbol kicker and a Var closer. Might skip the dbol and go with something else depending on where I'm at when I start it up.

What makes them even better is I don't have to pay 2-3 bucks a piece for them. The market is high right now, and the ranch I work for is getting a bin off every free and every bin is 1800 bucks so I'm hoping for a good end of the year bonus.

Yeah I enjoy what I do and somedays my job doesn't even feel like a job.
I've been working for these ranches since I was 12 and the manager/part owner is more like family than just a boss. My dad and I are both independent mechanics and we work for the same places so that makes it cool too. Somedays I'm up to my neck in grease/oil/dirt but others I'm just driving around shooting the shit while getting paid.

Today's plans....
Morning
Hit Costco for next weeks food/supplies
Afternoon
30-45 minutes of battle rope work and battle jump rope
45 minutes of lifting DB bench, Squats, and Deads. I'll be doing BW or bro shit between sets.
Start of CN 2-3pm
PWO shake with carbs not sure what the carbs will be but I might just make a vanilla cinnamon shake with co water and some light corn syrup.
30/45 later have a nice meal of chicken breast and sweet coconut white rice
1hr later more rice
1hr later more rice
1hr later more rice
1hr later let the fun begin and I'll start eating doughnuts with 1-2 quarts of RAW whole grass fed milk
So pretty much the last 3hrs will be me eating doughnuts with milk up to my bed time.

Looks kinda boring, but that's ok because I want to smash all those doughnuts, and that's what this CN is all about the stuff before is just to keep things clean light and fat free.
I'll also stay fasted all day so the PWO shake will break the fast and start the fun.

If you can't tell I'm really looking forward to those doughnuts and I can't wait to start eating and dunking them in some of the best tasting milk ever.

Not yet Ive just been eating white coconut rice.
Doughnuts are about 1hr away and I may spark up a FAT JOINT just because today is a special doughnut day.
I'll start off eating them not high and see if I want to spark up or not.

Guy that was working the counter said the nugtella is his favorite and to only drink half a bottle because those drink are strong and tasty too.

When I'm not high I have so much more control once I start eating and even when I do start to smoke again I'll keep the buds away from the carbs.

Man last night was damn fun and tasty.
Wasn't able to finish all the doughnuts but I ate some of all of them and finished most so it was a success.
Those fritters I bought are the reason I wasn't able to finish everything, not sure why but they just don't sit with me well.
I was 193 yesterday morning and today I'm 203 so I can store 10lbs of glycogen and water.

Start of a new week and I'm also going to make a couple changes to my diet since I'm lifting again.

Not much is going to change but I will be limiting my fat snacks/treats I make threw out the week and I'll also be bumping my protein up by adding in 1-2 chicken breast to my dinner. Figure I'll be needing more protein to fuel some new muscle growth.

That means a lot coming from you because you have crazy dedication to the iron and that takes a bunch of drive to want to get it done and smash big numbers.

What makes it easy for me is I look at food as fuel and there's no point in over filling your tank because that just leads to spill over.

Well tonight I made a crazy egg deal.
6 eggs
1 avocado
Bunch of mushrooms
Bunch of broccoli
Red curry past
Tossed into the blendtec and that turned everything into a thick batter
Baked it all for 25 minutes at 375 covered for 18 you may have to cook it longer.

I got a call about my blood work that was done last Friday today and I'm having it sent to me. I should have it posted in a few days but until then I'll share what my doctor had to say.
I was told everything looked good but my cholesterol was High and that I should read up on and buy "The South Beach Diet" book. Lol

So in honor of that I smashed 8eggs, .5lbs bacon, 3tbs butter, and damn it was good.

Took off for the weekend with my Dad and 2 of his buddies. Its damn cool being older and spending time with my dad and guys I grew up around because now I'm not just a kid so out conversations are totally different and more open about what we used to do for fun and it's crazy to hear and be able to tell these guys what I've done too.
Ate lots of food but it was all ULC for me.

At Clear Creek Land Management Area
This place use to be a Big OHV area but like all things government its shut down and not even open, but my dads ranch is right next to it so we still go.

Quick smoke means I just smoked them at a higher temp to get them done quick but it still leaves them with a very nice smoke flavor to them.

Seeing the dogs work a 2-250lbs hog is crazy action then to get in there to stab the heart and slit the throat makes it just takes it to another level of intense and insane.

Nope, and the taste is outstanding.
They are free range and pastured pigs so its just like what everyone pays a bunch for. The best ones to eat are about 150-200lbs and after having them cut up the price per pound is almost nothing. Lol

Next time I go I'll snap some pics of the Buffalo and Elk that are around too.
On the way out yesterday I saw about 75-100 elk by the private lake we have access to. The Buffalo and Elk are always on our property and its damn cool to hear the Elk bugling during mating season.

Oh and a quick update on my weight and training.
I've been holding steady at 197lbs so I'm up 6lbs in about 2 weeks of light training.
Now lifting is still light and I'm working around my shoulder pain. These next couple weeks I'll be keeping it light then in November I'll start adding some weight and go from there.

When I had hog dogs they just loved to kill and the taste of blood.

The best part was when it wasn't kill/ hunting time they where the best damn dogs ever and would protect me from anything but at the sametime they could be around kids and other people no problem. Just goes to show its all about how your raise a dog.

I wild side free ride with some nice quality mass gained while stripping some BF or recomping like crazy.

I've been a pretty good responder to everything I've took so far, and this run will be the most aggressive cycle yet.
I've ran ah+al a few times with great results, epi+am that stack had me up 26lbs, a long run of AH that got me the leanest I've ever been while having me feel like a million bucks, and then am+ah that had me recomping like crazy at the beginning of this year while gaining 16lbs.

I'll be running AI cycle support the whole time and it'll be preloaded. Only reason for that support is I have a bunch if it because they sent me a triple order 1 time during a 50% off sale so I ended up with a ton of it for nothing. I'll also pick up some TUDCA because other than than and the Epi Andro RX I'm not coming out of pocket for anything. Oh and I'll also take taurine to try and keep any kinda pumps away from effecting my day.

Anything you guys see that I'm missing or should add to what I'm already going to be using??

And shit TUDCA isn't as cheap as I remember it being and I'm not going to pay 70-100 bucks to run it the entire time. Plus I don't drink or put any outside stress on my liver so it's probably safe just to skip the TUDCA.

That's cool having those types of memories . I know mine has as I age and pictures get lost etc.

I'm on a HIGH fat, NO carb diet with refeeds every 7-21 days depending if I'm lifting or not.
At the time of the test I was at least 7 days depleted but I may have been 14 days depleted.

If any other info is needed let me know and I'll post it up.

Well that meal last night was a good one and my digestive system had no problem handle that amount of food. My stomach is making a few noises this morning but I feel great and I'm about to hit a quick back session to get some fresh blood to the muscles I worked yesterday. I have to say the mirror is being very friendly right now because its almost like I can see little changes everyday.
The way I'm looking and feeling I'm not sure if carbs or refeeds are even needed for me. Now I haven't stepped on the scale for a week or so but I feel like I'm right around 200lbs right now. If my feeling is right I'll be a very happy camper because being small BLOWS.

I'm eating ultra clean for the moment 'cause I gained too much fat with CBL last run. I follow the protocol but with less fat than required by Kiefer and carbs are only low GI (excepted malto for my pwo)

Might just go 21 days no carb then start up CBL or have 1 more refeed then instead of a 2nd refeed it'll just be the start of CBL.

Those 2 are LC too. Ate 2/3rds of the pie and ice cream Saturday and finished the rest last night. Checked my blood sugar and it only went up to 92 so not much impact at all. Both packed a good amount of fat and tasted damn good.

That ribeye last night was damn good too.

Hope I ate enough this weekend to fuel some squats tonight.

Nope none at all. I seem to know what I can do because I haven't had a failed squat attempt in forever. I do always lift with safety bars so if I do need to bail or fail they are there.

Woke up with a little DOMS but not much.
Did a few rounds of battle rope work and that seemed to free me up a hair and now that I'm at work and moving around all is good other than being a little slow/stiff if I'm still for a while.
I'll probably do some foam rolling this evening then hit some BW exercises and shoulder work.

1.5tsp cinnamon
2tsp pumpkin pie spice
.5tsp salt
60g stevia/xylitol blend

Then used a shit load of butter to coat pan and give it some extra flavor.

Baked it around 1hr at 350.

I now use 6 eggs and a full cup of HWC then split it into 2 different pies instead of 1 pie.

Sorry about the overly sweet taste because I forgot to cut the sweetner in half when I posted the reciepe. When it comes to fake sweetners I always start with half and adjust from there.

I actually made a pie on Friday and skipped the HWC all together and just added some water. Tasted great and cut the cals down big time. Not sure how much was used because I just added it straight from the sink.

This is probably gonna be the strangest post in this thread....

All I have to say is I MISS RUNNING!!!!
Really missed the feeling of just turning it on and feeling like I'm fast and light after a short jog. Hell I even enjoyed the feeling of my lungs and throat being on fire feelin like they are bleeding from breathing so hard in the cold. Still feel lighter today and my legs just feel so loose and powerful.

Now I haven't ran or stepped on a treadmill in about a year but the HIIT I did yesterday just made me feel so damn good the rest of the day and I still feel good today. I don't know what happened yesterday but I feel completely different in a good way than I have for the past few months.
Last year and the start of this year all I could do is think about training and nutrition then I got out of that groove but as of yesterday I feel like I stepped right back into that groove and I can't wait to get off of work so I can train.

Can't wait to get all the gear I ordered so I can take everything to the next level.
Have 4 bars, a parachute for sprints, and a pair of gym rings on there way.
Almost went crazy/got suckered into buying supps because of all the deals but FUCK supps because WHOLE FOOD is where its at.

Must be and I even plan to get some HIIT in pre workout today since all I have to do is jump my backyard fence to get to the track.
Ankle and leg felt good but my ankle popped and cracked during my warm up but it was a good pop and crackle because it seemed to free me up some. That's another thing is my whole body just seems freer and more mobile than it has. I'm sure its from the running to because last year (2012) I was more flexible/mobile when I was doing cardio in the AM and PM.
So since its about to get cold and possible wet around here I'll be grabbing my treadmill and using that in the am/pm 4-7 times a week.

1 of 4 new bars along with my parachute for sprints arrived today.
Parachute was 30 minutes late so I didn't get to use it for today's HIIT but the bar showed up right as I finished HIIT and it takes some pain out of pressing but some is still there but not as near as bad as a straight bb.

Pretty much...
It keeps the cold air from just sitting around the trees and they also have a bunch of wind/frost protection machines and they do the same thing. These guys spend BIG money to keep the fruit from freezing and it pays off because this last harvest cost the ranch 250k in labor and upkeep but it brought in 1.5M so lots of profit to be made. Plus if the lemons avocados in other areas freeze like they usually do these lemons/avocados become way more valuable.
All I know is I'm hopeing for a fat bonus check for freezing my ass off and running around all day to keep everything going and running smoothly.

Its hard to say as I've only used the SSB once but I'm liking it more than a straight bar.
The 262 was easier than 315 and I almost want to say SSB squats are just easier for me than straight bar. I feel so much more being worked with the SSB and that's all I plan to squat with for a while.

Little update on my shoulder and I have arthritis, tendinitis, bone spur so its not a smooth working joint anymore.
Doc said he could get it all clearanced and smoothed out without having to cut me open but I'd still be out for a while.
Now as a independent mechanic I can't afford to be out and not right now since harvest is about to start up so I'll continue to live with the discomfort until I have the time to be off.

I have been lifting 3-5 times a week but its all squats and deads but its WAY better than nothing.

Now that I know what's up with my shoulder I'm thinking of running a cycle and just lifting threw the discomfort.
Just not sure if that's a good or bad idea thou.

Don't have access to deca and no knowledge on peptides.

That's the thing long term doesn't really matter if I'm going to have the joint clearanced and smoothed out.
In my mind I might as well kill it up to my surgery since what damage gets done will be fixed then. On the other hand I don't want to make it worse and end up needing to get cut open instead of just scoped.

Scope, I had no idea you had all those complications with your bones and joints. I'm guessing training muscle areas like delts and pecs must be very difficult.

I'm not a doctor and not too sure how bad the complications are. But, I would be careful if you choose to run a cycle and go all out, especially since it boosts your confidence. I never tried deca, but I personally people that would swear on it as a magic medicine for joint problems. I would just be careful that, like you just mentioned, you don't end up making the problem worse, to the point that it cannot be repaired.

But it's been very rewarding to me personally reaching goals I know I would have never reached otherwise. Been feeling way better mentally as well. Nothing like seeing all that fat come off. And the strength and size are still there, even though I dropped 20 pounds so far.

It's all about where we want to be and personally want to achieve. The goals we are determind to reach. Mind Games :)

CD, that really depends. I like to eat carbs every night, keep the fat high during the day. Except 3 days a week I start right after my workout. I go to the gym with my first carb meal (yesterday [around 2pm] for example was baked potato's, fried plaintans and Skippy's peanut butter). I drink my Whey isolate during the workout and when I'm done I sit down and gorge my carbs right away. And I keep eating carbs with my meals every two hours until I sleep (probably around 9pm). It's just something I've been doing since November, and I dropped 20 pounds and kept my strength (actually feel that I have grown stronger).

Scope, you're the man that got me into ULC, last year, which contributed to the way I am dieting now!!! So thanks again for inspiring me bro! I learned a LOT from ULC and CarbNite. Learned a lot about how my body works.

Just strongly feel (personally) that I need carb (at least around 50-70gr at the very least) every day, at night, to keep my metabolic rate going

Checked my blood sugar 45m after eating a bag of skittles and a 3 musketeers bar.

try testing blood glucose 5 min after the candy, you should be around 125+

BG is homeostatically regulated, spikes very rarely last long in relatively healthy athletes

Correct.
I usually test 45-60m after carbs just to make sure my body is doing what it should with the carbs. If my number was still threw the roof I'd assume I wasn't releasing enough insulin to clear the sugar.
Is that thinking right?

Well I pushed my carbs right to my set limit of 400g and still managed to drop a pound overnight and have probably dropped 2-3 more since I've hit the can a few times this morning.

The thinking is right lol but it's more about response to the insulin vs amount.
You're in good shape regardless :)

Check your fasted bg. I have a hunch it will be slightly higher unless you've been going full ketosis and have lowered your set point for glucose

My fasted bg ranges from mid 70s to upper 80s.

Its only 12 here in Ca and I already have that itch to go hit the iron.
Deads are planned for this evening but squats are sounding fun so I might hit a few heavish sets of both then have a nice simple backload of either cream of rice or hash browns with a bag of Skittles and a 3 Musketeers bar to end it.

Hit the scale this morning and I'm 202-203.
202-203 is the weight I use to be after 7-10 days ULC so being 202-203 and CBLing means I'm dropping some sort of weight.

I eat and separate them by 3s and the left overs get ate at once. I like to mix and match flavors but never more than 2 flavors at once when in 3s. But I do eat 3 flavors at once but in pairs so never more than 6 at a time. Lol
