Up 3lbs from 500g carbs last night, but I have to hit the can yet. I bet I'll be down 3-5lbs tomorrow.

I eat and separate them by 3s and the left overs get ate at once. I like to mix and match flavors but never more than 2 flavors at once when in 3s. But I do eat 3 flavors at once but in pairs so never more than 6 at a time. Lol

To further update the log I'll be starting up a cycle in the next 4 weeks.
I'll continue to cycle and backload my carbs and cals like I always do and see about dropping some fat and gaining some mass over a 12-16 week period.

Yeah this is my 5-6 time going and they just keep getting better.
I'm gluten free most of the time, but when I'm not, I'm eating Psycho Donuts....

Tonight's dead session will be heavyish and high rep with a 6 donut backload to recover.

Not really sure how many reps or sets because nothing really went as planned as soon as I started my workout.

Lots of sets and reps 80-100 total reps. Did these between sets until 275.

Haven't pulled 405 in 10 months so its nice to know I still can.
Wanted to go for more because I'm sure I had 10 if not 20 more pounds in the tank but maxing out wasn't the plan or what I should be doing so I ended the session with a strong 405.

Now that I've had a little fun with my diet I'll now be dialing in my macros to try and build mass while dropping BF at the same time.
Quick diet overview
High fat, and moderate/low pro up to training, PWO shake then 30m later around 200g clean carbs (rice/potatoes and corn syrup) with a fat and protein meal.

If you can make rice and I know you can then you can easily make that.
Its just rice cooked in milk with Splenda, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and marshmallows.
Now they I made that combo I'll be having it more often because it hit the spot and went well with a plate of eggs.
Oh and I added a little maple syrup to the last few bites and it was pretty good too. I'll probably pick up some flavorings and start making some flavored dessert type rice dishes.

What dose do you use of everything? Milk, rice and marshmellow... the others I think I can go about by ''feel'' and just plain vanilla?

I just made it by the book but subbed milk for water.
2 cups rice
4 cups milk
BIG hit of salt
1/3-1/2 cup Splenda
1tsp vanilla extract
Lots of cinnamon
As many marshmallows as you want after its cooked.

Since I've been lazy lately eggs have been my go to protein source and its damn enjoyable. The nice thing is they are filling, light, cheap, and can be made or added to a million things. You'll be seeing lots of eggs, rice, and potatoes in this log and with those 3 items I can stuff my face and keep my wallet full too.

Had an off day BL on Thursday to fuel Fridays squat session but I woke up with my neck all jacked up and stiff so I wasn't able to lift. Hit the foam roller hard but its still not right so I'll just take the weekend off and hit squats Monday.
As long as my neck is feeling better by Sunday night I'll BL then to fuel squats on Monday.
1 off/ULC day and I dropped 6 pounds so it'll be interesting to see where I'm at tomorrow morning after staying ULC 2 days in a row. Longest ULC stretch in the past 4 weeks.

Neck has more ROM without any pain or pinches so if I wake up feeling good enough to squat I'll start my lifting week Sunday and get and extra day in this coming week.

Fucking DOMINATED SQUATS Sunday....

All this mobility work and rolling really paid off because I felt better and smoother threw out the entire workout but the extra freeness was really noticeable.
Workout didn't go as planned but ended up better in the end.

8oz tri-tip, Pan of hash browns, and some corn syrup are gone.
Next up 1 serving cream of rice with the sour gummies to end the night maybe a 3 Musketeers too

Almost forgot to mention this but last night I had 2 crippling cramps that had my quads especially the teardrop SWOLE....
Looked like I had 2 half softballs hanging over my knees. If it wasn't for all the discomfort I would of snapped a pic because it was insane.

Now that the time has changed and I have more daylight after work I'll be adding tire flips back into my routine and I started yesterday by doing a 100 flips/10x10 with a 1-2 minute rest between sets.
After I did 6rds of battle rope HIIT and then a bunch of pull-ups right after.

I'll be cutting that fender in half and welding the 2 pieces together and piece of pipe to hold the weights on.
I'll cut the ends of the axle off and weld 2inch pipe to the ends with a beefy collar welded over the pieces to act like a sleeve for even more strentgh.

I'll use this where I can but I also snagged a nice 16 foot length of square tube that'll be the base of the build.

No pics but I'll also be making a yoke that will use tractor weights prowler might be set up to use the same or both tractor and Olympic weights.

Other than my time I won't spend a dime.

8am to about 10 or sometimes 12 I sip on
40oz coffee with 28g butter and 14g MCT oil
Fast all day
230-3pm Swig of MCT oil 2 Epi Andro RX
5pm train
630-7pm PWO shake no carbs Swig of MCT oil and 2 Epi Andro RX
745 10g BCAA, GDAs, enzymes, and whatever else I do pre carbs. Lol
8pm time to eat 300-500g carbs with a good amount of protein and not much fat.
10pm bed


No carb/ULC days are the same but at 630-70 I have a big protein and fat meal and maybe a fatty snack later but not often. Fatty snacks are just swigs of MCT oil or butter covered in cinnamon and salt.
I'll also drink a serving of con-Cret if I get a sweet tooth late night because that shit is strong/sweet and taste good.

Fuck I knew I should of had some carbs last night....
Busted my ass at work yesterday and today then tried to SQUAT and hit a wall at 265 but I also hit a good amount of volume early on but I could tell I was running on fumes during my light/warm up sets.

Been building and tearing into shit all my life so its pretty much self taught other than what I learned threwout school in metal/wood shop. Oh and it's what I kinda do for a living when I'm not working on equipment I'm building some.
Found the blueprints and that's all I need to be able to built something like that because when you really look at what's all there its only a few angles and a bunch of shorter straight pieces.

That squat workout was as close as I could get to your session without my legs falling off or my back snapping.

Went into this workout feeling depleted and kinda sore but after the 2nd set of 315 I just came alive but didn't plan on lifting heavy so I got some reps in at 315 with the last 3x5 just flying off the floor and felt like it got lighter. Dropped it to 275 and everything felt super smooth so I got a bunch of reps in. Then 225 came back up and I only did 5 because it felt like a waste of my time since it was just stupid light and effortless.

And nice off day on the cali's! I remember how happy we used to get back in Miami whenever we could get our hands on some Pure Cali indoor breed, sticky and with all that orange hair... ahhh the good days!

That Sirloin looks LEGIT!!!!!

Ordered a shitload of supps today and most had to to with overall health/digestion.
Since I'm on a high fat diet I finally ordered all the supps that Jel posted in a thread I started a while back. Bunch of MCT oil, ACV with mother, and some goods from Evolved.

Complete rest day yesterday and ate a bunch of cals but I woke up 3lbs lighter and that's 5lbs down this week.
Punisher HIIT and Deads this evening then I'll load up the carbs.

Oh and after Mondays 600g carbs I woke up 2lbs lighter so my body is really working well and forcing the carbs into the muscles and fat to be mobilized and burned.

Scope no way bro! 315 for 5 sets! I dunno why you said you have to ''catch up'' lol. You're beast mode is back on full throttle!!!

And nice metabolic results!! I'm not eating as much as you, but, I woke up 3 times during the night.. HUNRGY as hell. First time had about 30 grams of protein from a casein shake I always leave next ti my bed. Woke up again a few hours later, hungry as HELL!!! In fact I was dreaming that I was STARVING! Went and grabbed some canned tuna, almonds and Peter Pan Peanut butter. Back to sleep... woke up hungry AGAIN a few hours later, drank some water.. fell asleep. Finally woke up hungry in the morning and hit the gym for some hardcore workout on CO / ECA / Celery extracted from the juicer.

Metabolic rate was def affected by what I ate Monday... Probably gonna aim for 4000 cals twice a week now. Mondays and Thursdays, and go lower the rest of the week

Just 5 singles at 315 so 5 reps total.

The Epi Andro RX has me feeling real good and the focus in the gym and while conditioning is fucking insane. This Saturday will be the end of week 3 and I'm very impressed with the results so far and the alpha feeling is just icing on the cake. Just have to remind myself to not push to hard to fast since this is just the start of things and shit should get REAL interesting when I add in PPs Tbol or another compound into the mix on the 29th or 31st of this month.

Really enjoying the ability to smash cals and lean out but I know I'll have to clean it up sooner or later to get the results I'm really after.

Fuck the volume after because I was done after that 5th double, but I had to try and get more in because you never know until you try and would of hit at least a 5x5 if it went down. Either way it was a good ass session and I felt good the whole time. Once I get a 5x5 with 405 I'll try for a single at 455-475 2 sessions later.

For being out so long (6-8 months) and just getting back to the iron (6-8wks) I'm pretty happy with how things are moving along.

Same 500-600g carbs I've been having will be had again tonight.

Yeah not sure where these workouts are coming from but I just go by feel and the only reason I stop at the end is because of time or I could just keep on going and going. The Epi Andro RX has me feeling like a king and workouts are getting smoked like blunts around here. Lol
In all seriousness thou IML's Epi Andro RX is the real deal and at 6 caps a day I'm just unstoppable in and out of the gym.

So yesterday morning I woke up and hooked up to a trailer to go get my Upper and Lower pulley with 220lb stack attachment for my rack and my TREADMILL..... :confused:

Woke up this morning plugged that shit in and did 20min at 3mph with the incline maxed out 12% or 15%. Oh and 20min at 3mph is just 1 mile.

218 Monday morning 203 this morning........
Dropped 15lbs over 1 day and all I did was some my morning cardio and Punisher sprits/pushes after work.
Didn't lift yesterday because I was out in the sun all day and was just drained so I cleaned/picked up my Garage Gym and ate a VERY large meal for dinner.

Did 20min of fasted cardio this morning too.

Yesterday morning I did 27min cardio (not 20 lol) then did the same in the evening followed by a very light bench session.
First time I've benched in 9 or so months and it felt ok but still kinda funky on the shoulders, so I slapped on the Sling Shot and that made things feel a lot better and really keeps things where they need to be. I'll be adding bench back in a couple times a week and see how it treats me.

Woke up this morning and did 27min fasted cardio and will probably hit some VERY light bench work and a nice SQUAT or DEAD after.

That looks like a tasty meal. Most of the HUGE meals I see people eat just never seem huge. Especially when I see they're being stimulated by something, IE GHRP's, EQ, Tren...etc. I'm afraid to think how much I could eat if I was on GHRP's lol

I remember eating 2(1 cup muscle and oats 1 cup all oatmeal) cups of oatmeal 12 pieces of bacon 8-12 whole eggs,bowl of fruit yogurt cereal with milk and pancakes as my first meal of IF...I was in heaven if there had been a bit more.. but could have eaten like that 3-4x a day easily with no bloated feeling just nicely satiated.

Taste like a pumkin spice cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and all.
I went way off from the recipe and made these my own and DAMN did they turn out great.
Had a pumkin pie taste with a hint of cinnamon and the frosting sprinkled with cinnamon made it taste just like a spiced pumpkin pie cinnamon roll.
This one had maple syrup added and it really hit the spot.

Last waffle or #8 was hit with 2Tbs butter and maple syrup and hands down butter and syrup will always be my go to ender.

From Friday morning

Been waiting all week for then number to drop and it did this morning. I've been 200-202 all week but woke up at 196 and dropping 4-6lbs of water makes a big difference in what you see in the mirror.
Guess those 2 double doubles from in n out did me some good last night.


Saturday morning.

Shit I'm down another 2lbs and looking a ton leaner.
All this dropped water almost makes me want to push my CN out to 14 days but FUCK THAT..... Lol
CN is going down and will be kept simple and easy.

Checked it out and everything worked perfectly.
Best part is my GF spotted the reason the guy thought it was out of adjustment and its just a loose blade that I already fixed.

Well no weight update this week but I don't need a scale to tell me things are taking shape and fat is being burnt.

Chest and stomach fat seems to be coming off quicker/earlier than usual.

Nothing is really planned for my CN tonight and since I've been eating so much BOMB ASS ULC FOOD carbs aren't even sounding all that fun/great right now so other than some banana pancakes I'm not sure what'll be on the menu.

Bought this yesterday while I took my GF out dress shopping for her company Xmas party.
I'll probably end up using it next year because next refeed will be tame and the one after that will be my GFs company party then Xmas and NYE. If I get a chance I'll take it and make myself a wood fired pizza that I'll also smoke for a few minutes too.

Woke up this morning and I'm already down to 195 when im usually 200-202 on Mondays. Guess staying ULC and eating my face off was a good idea.
Look leaner than I did preCN and that's probably due to having full/muscles.

So I have a doctors appointment next Tuesday and I'm going to see about getting on TRT and I'll also ask for/about HCG and a AI.
I have a test from 2011 that's shows like 296 and another from March this of this year showing 358 the one from 2011 showed high 116 estrogen too. Hopefully he'll run a full detailed blood panel of just be real nice and write me a script.;)
What do you guys think my chances are??
I'm thinking my chances are pretty good as long as my levels are still low which they should be.
Anything I should do before the test?
Not sure if he'll do bloods that day or not but I'll be going in like he will be because the receptionist said they do that in house too.
I really don't plan to have kids but maybe I do so that's why I'll be asking for HCG and that's a good reason plus id like to keep my balls active anyways..
AI will be ask for to make sure it's on hand if sides appear.

Maybe run some Trest a few days before the draw to knock test level down a little more without complete shut down. It's fast acting.

3 wks ago my test level is at 30 crusing on trest d low dose.

From Wednesday

Well today was a good day with a nice session that got me pumped with the help of

Did 20min on the Airdyne to get the legs/hips loose, warm, and a little pumped then Hit squats with my SSB for serveral sets and lots of rep with 225 to really hit the quads then I did several more set focusing on the hammies, glutes, and inner thighs. Pump was sick then did 10 more minutes on the Airdyne to work it all out.
For kicks and since I had plenty of pep in my step I hit a quick bro session of Bis, Tris, forearms, and delts. Again the pump was great and then I went straight to prepping dinner.
1.5lbs of pork, shitload of veggies, linguica and ate a spoonful of coconut oil for fats.

Body comp is coming along slowly week by week and I'm supp free right now other than UOJ preWO. Like to be completely natty for bloods and depending on what I find out next Wednesday will determine what I do here in the next few weeks.

Just killed 40min of fasted cardio on the Airdyne then hit a quick bench session.
For my fasted cardio and workouts I pop in a 4mg piece of nicotine gum to get a little boost and it releases fatty acids from fat cells allowing me to burn those fats as fuel all while staying fasted. It's all about mobilizing fatty acids from your stored BF then burning that fat as fuel resulting in less BF.

Put in work last night and I'm still kinda full.
Almost put myself in a meat coma but I survived. Lol
All the food was very high quality. The cheese and shrimp starter was killer and I ate about 1lb of shrimp and probably 10-12oz of cheese. Then for the mains I had 2 huge plates of chicken, steak, and some salmon that was just so damn good because it was garlic, herb, and onion topped. Now the veggies where to die for because the cauliflower, broccoli, and sprouts got drenched in butter then I topped it with grated cheese. The garlicly buttered kale they was on point just like the rest of the food there. If I had to guess I ate 1lbs of all the meats and veggies so about 8lbs of food counting the starters too.
There was so much chocolates to be had that I had to bring some home with me. Also grabbed 2 mini PB and 2 mini C&C cheesecakes, along with a few chocolate things that was put on top of a bunch of cakes they had.
I stuck to my guns and only dipped my finger in a couple deserts so it was a great ULC night.

I season just about everything with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. I also hit it with some hot sauce while it was cooking too.

I've been on a taco kick lately and tonight will be more of the same, but I had my GF make me some Mexican rice and 2 different salsas. I'll also be making some pumpkin pancakes with a maple cream cheese frosting.
Have some hazelnut and almond butter to top some pancakes with and those will also be used to dip some bananas in.

Having had normal T and E levels the last couple weeks, it's like night and day bro. one friend said my face looks leaner even! I'm making progress like im on cycle combined with the epic gainz... Best feeling ever, you'll know what im talking about soon enough :D

Same thing as Monday's dinner but I needed more so I just poured 16oz whites in with the chicken as it reheated.
Hit the jalapeños with the broiler to get them crispy.

Used 1 avocado, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and some of my uncles hot sauce for the guacamole and it really set the meal off.

Taste is on point right out of the box and taste like a blueberry muffin.
With almond milk it takes away from the flavor but I bet with real milk it would give it a little kick in the flavor/sweetness department.
This cereal is the ultimate mouth raper but letting it soak a bit helps that and the flavor kick in too.

Depending on your location you might not be able to get them.
Mexican markets and grocery stores are the only places that I've seen that make and have them.

The market I go to you can watch the guys fry them right in front of you. When I'm wanting more fat I get the ones with fat and meat left on them. Those are even better but way to easy to over eat.

First workout of the year is going to be deads SS with pullups and then more back work.

Felt a little nutty today.

All have 6oz of nut butter, 6oz coconut butter.
The Triple Nut is 2oz each nut, 6oz coconut butter.

Put coconut flakes in the blender or food processor and let it do its thing.
Blendtec with twister jar makes butters like a boss.

I just throw the flakes and nuts in the twister jar and make both at the sametime.

Just going to make PB and add in a sugar free toffee syrup or a toffee extract with some stevia or splenda.

Have lots of ideas just can't go to crazy or I'll over eat all these damn butters I'm making.
As your making and testing out flavors you end up eating a ton of fiber and fats without realizing it.

Yesterday evenings workout was a killer one.
Started with 30min LISS to warm up and with PX White and IML's Maximum Pump Extreme in my system getting warm takes no time at all.
So many sets and reps of squats with razor sharp focus and drive like no other.
Sweat was so heavy I had to chalk up to have good grip on my SSB and to be able to do more than 5 pullups because I was SSing squats and pull ups. Last few set of pull ups I went to failure and that's always a funny/great feeling of failure on pull ups.

At almost 30 a career change wouldn't be smart for me.
I've got like 18yrs of experiance being a mechanic/fabricator and I work for myself and by myself so it's as legit as it can get for me.

I don't have the people skills to own and operate anything because I really can't stand being around/working with other people all day everyday.
Plus I hate relying on other people and the stress wouldn't be worth it.

Flavor doesn't need to be strong when it's mixed with sweet cereal.

In my case it genuinely depends how much protein I've had through the day and what else I intend to eat during the night. Usually try to have low fat, high easily digestible carbs and whatever protein I need to make up and usually about 2 scoops per box.

Man been having some killer workouts lately.
My mind and thoughts are much clearer and I'm able to focus on the tasks/goals I've made/set for myself.
I'm also getting comfortable with wanting to start adding more and more weight to the bar but in a smart/programmed way. Nothing like I use to do by just jumping right into my old weights because that just makes me stall out quick.

Still letting the 531 app pick my weights but I do my own set and rep layout. So far so good.

Have another endo appointment on 2/9/15 and I'm hoping that will be the appointment where my endo and I talk about my treatment options.
Had a crazy amount of bloodwork done this week so I'm curious to see exactly what are all my problems other than just Low T.

Not me, because to an extent combat sports have a large majority of luck, with their impressive skill set. You could be dominating a dude all fight and one lucky defensive jab tags a chin lightly when the guy isn't expecting it and lights out. Game over.
No one lucky play is going to change a football game for the most part..if you're consistently dominating them..a touchdown isn't gonna gonna hurt you. In a close game sure, but thats a different story...not to mention how subjective the judging is, kind of like bodybuilding. I can get into it, but when I was really into it..I realized how subjective the sport is as a whole and am not a fan of that, Ive seen tooooo many decisions go the obviously wrong way.

Since adding in Dermacrine I've only felt better and better.
My body feels more active at rest and my mind/attitude has also improved and I'm constantly sparking up convos with random people all over the place.
It feels so DAMN GOOD to feel like I'm heading down the right path and its leading straight to how I use to feel and act but even better. I say better than ever because I'm already more social than I've ever been and if I was single I'd be wanting to go out and SLAY some PUSSY but I'm not a cheater.

Speaking of PUSSY.....
I FUCKING put the SMASH down on my GF twice this past Sunday.
Was some of the better sex I've had and my drive and focus was off the hook and left my GF just shaking and trembling until she came twice then I came and damn it was a BIG THICK load. Halftime rolled around and I put the smash down again and the outcome was the same.

Haven't changed anything but my body must of flipped the fat burning switch because I've been running warmer at rest and fat seems to just be melting off.
Gonna keep the diet tight until Saturday because I'll be on a little trip/vacation and look to real smash some grub while out and about in LA for the Fit Expo this weekend.

Oh and dinner tonight will be Venison steaks or chops.
I'll tenderize it then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and fry it in a cast iron pan.
High heat to sear both sides then straight to the plate if it's steaks if not I'll cook the chops low and slow in a cash iron pan.

Ended up smashing 3 boxes of cereal last night because I had a crazy session and I felt and looked completely depleted and flat.
Woke up this morning looking nice and full with some extra water that I'll be tring to get off before Saturday. Usually takes me 2-3 days to shead the water so I'm hoping Saturday I'll wake up looking full, lean, and hard.
