Really enjoy my trips but man it felt great to be home.

Plus fiber is key when eating lots of meat. I for sures didn't want to blowout my asshole the next day at the expo. Lol

You and I are fundamentally different..I dontthink long term when I eat there..I think of the here and now...and here and now I came to gorge myself on meaaaaaaat, I don't think of what the consequences of my actions tomorrow will be lol...although you're right. I do always get the bacon, salmon, and prosciutto(maybe it's capricola) which I never understood why it's there lol

And gorge myself on meat is exactly what I did but I also enjoy olives hearts of Palm and asparagus so I ate it.

Your thoughts make no sence to me because I clearly ate my fair share and probably more than you can after eating 2 plates of sides.
I could see where your coming from if I tapped out after 1 plate of meat but I had what was posted plus some and tons of ice tea, water and Brazilian limeade.

If you want to have a eating comp just say so and be prepared to get SMOKED..... ;)

Funnel was a freebie but thought it was cool and will come in handy when all my shakers are dirty from me being lazy or I forget them at home.
DVD came with the hook and beasties the softer beastie was a freebie too.

This taste like a watered down coke. I don't drink soda and the taste is a hit with me since it's not to strong/sweet.

Atta boy, I just picked up 2 jars of Nuts N More peanut butter. One jar of toffee crunch and one jar of white chocolate. I'd be sleeping in the garage if my wife knew how much I paid for them but overall it's pretty damn awesome stuff, good in a shake or on top of a rice cake.

Yeah all that eating and food is really paying off.

So...when your hitting CBL, how do you handle the work out session that follows a day off? There's alot of back and forth on that forum on whether to back load the night before the work out session or not. Thing is, if you backload the night before a session and you didn't lift that day, the backload isn't going to be translocated correctly due to lack of muscle stress that day. Would you make your backloads smaller or just skip them altogether? I guess it depends on how much glycogen you still have in the tank? What has been your experience?

Was took right at the start of January. Want to say the 2nd or 4th. Lol

Yeah 20lbs in 50 days is legit pretty much all natty with Low T.
Wanted to do my best so and make the most of my last ever natty run and show other and prove to myself that whatever I'm on or running isn't making all the progress. I just mentally needed to know what I'm doing works and will only get better.
I know I won't get it here but I'm just waiting for someone to say all my gains and my body comp is due to roids. I'll then be able to laugh and know it's not doing it all.

I know the preferred work out time is in the late afternoon, but I never work out then. I usually hit it up in the late morning towards noon. If I was going for fat loss, would you recommend eating carbs with my post work out meal even though it's during the day, or should I just wait until dinner (when it's dark) to start pounding carbs?

I'd try it both ways and find out what works best for you.

Self control and portion size.....
Learn to control your hands and you'll lose weight.
That pretty much what I tell all my buddies that ask me.

What it took was the above and busting my ass in the gym weekly.
Never stuck to a certain diet and just ate as clean as possible with a few SMALL refeeds here and there but not weekly and sometimes every other month. Writing that out makes me realize I need that diet discipline back in my life.

Knowing what I know now I'd probably just go down the same path I did because that's what got me to know what I know and it was a good experience that taught me so much about myself and I'm learning new things daily too.
Now if I really had the power to go back in time and inform myself I'd tell me to never let myself get fat. Lol

If you want me how I did it diet info or what I ate let me know and I'll give you a quick run down of things and lots of my orginal meals are in the beginning and all threwout this thread. Then shit got completely different since using CNS/CBL.

Well the last 10-15 is way harder to lose than the first 10-15 so stick to it and you'll get it stripped off.

Well I'm 5'7, 150lbs and my maintainance is meant to be around 2500 cals. I usually aim for about 2000 a day but I don't seem to be making progress as quickly as I feel like I should be in the mirror.

I'm doing carbnite atm so keto days are usually around 150g fat 150g protein with 25g or so trace carbs max which works out around 2050 cals at a 500 cal deficit I've been around there for about two months. I eat mostly whole homecooked food, steak/bacon and eggs for my first meal, nuts etc during the day, shake post workout, dinner tends to be some form of meat and veggies. Macros are usually pretty tight.

I'm looking to get to sit at about 10-12%, if I can figure out what works, maybe even drop lower before bulking up a bit. Before three months ago I didn't lift so I've definitely "recomped" a little along the way too which makes the scale totally useless to me. The mirror seems to work best but I think I should buy a tape measure too.

Well there's not much I can add to what your doing other than saying to ditch CNS and start up CBL with controlled backloads.
I'd start with 3 150-200g carb CBLs a week and adjust from there.
Get more mass and you'll be leaner and it'll make staying lean easier too.
The more muscle you have the more you can eat and burn off.

Yeah sometimes a nice 4-6wk break from CNS is what's needed to get the body to release that stubborn fat.

You could also try a refeed every 4-5 days too.

If you CBL keep the cals the same but drop your fats down and replace with carbs.
I also like more days during the day rather than in my back loads.

Everything is good in the hood and lifts feel like the more weight I add the smoother they get.
Really working on form and not worring about the numbers for 12wks was one of the best decision I've made in the gym in a LONG TIME.
Squats, Deads, and Bench are now all on the rise but I'll be slowly increasing the weight from now because I made a nice jump last week and don't want to get to greedy because this isn't a sprint it's a marathon.

Woke up downed my preWO, and a few other supps and just went to town on Deads.
Smoked every rep and set with ease and then just went for more and more volume while slowly dropping the weight.
Did a few sets of pullups, curls, rope push downs, and Hex press.
Everything felt smooth and I was looking big and pumped the whole time. Guess the weekend of carbs did me some good. Depending on how I feel this evening I may make today a double day and hit bench or if I'm really feeling it squats.
Jumped on the scale this morning and I'm 230 so up 13lbs since Friday.

Woke up this morning and when I looked in the mirror I instantly said/thought to myself that I looked 10lbs lighter than yesterday so I walked to the scale and BAM it read 220. Down 10lbs in a day and I'll probably drop another 5-8 this week if all goes as planned.
Fornthe next few months my weekends will be filled with active recovery by going on walks/hikes and hitting the river on my quad.
Went riding 2 weekends ago and damn the leg and forearm pumps got CRAZY.
This weekend will be more river riding.

I've never felt so good mentally and that right there is key to success because I feel there's nothing I can't do or accomplish now.

Anyways I went to see about getting another vial of Test Cyp today so I can start to stockpile it for use at a later date, and I just walked in waited 10min and walked out with a fresh 2000mg/10ml vial. :)

Tried to use a coupon/discount card but got shot down and they said they don't allow those for controlled substances. Glad a vial is only 112 bucks without insurance.

Been keepimg the Diet, Training, and Cardio pretty damn consistent and this coming Monday will be the first time dropping cals and that's just to speed things up a bit to lean out for my bday then I'll get right back to eating around 3000-3500 Mon-Fri with the weekends ending where they want because that's what I've been doing and it's just been a steady recomp for WEEKS and it doesn't even feel like a diet because I enjoy what I eat.
If cutting cals during the week kills any performance or my energy I'll just add them back in and have 1 day a weekend where I let the cals get a little high.

Just 40-80min a day of treadmill walking. That equals 500-1000 cals burned so says the treadmill.

Got my dose bumped to 150ew but haven't ran bloods on that.

All the new equipment I picked up is SO FUCKING SMOOTH...
I'd put it against any of the stuff at most gyms because it's so over built for a home gym I'll never have an issue with it.
What I've also noticed is the weights feel heavier and more REAL due to the way the puppies are set up because there's no snatch blocks cutting the load in half its just straight weight. So 30 at home feels like 60 at the gym if that makes sense.
It also feels like I'm just the right size hieght with the right length arms and legs so nothing feels awkward or forced.

It's reay going to be a game changer due to me lifting solo and at home most the time. Plus now I'm able to do so much more and really isolate what I want to work. Feels like the mind muscle connection is much better if not I'll take the placebo effect it's having on me.

It's been a long road but one fun ride that I'm glad I took.
Last time I was this lean I was 180-185 and now I'm 210-225 depending on when I had carbs.
All that in about 2-2.5yrs and over a broken leg and multiple little injures here and there. Feels good to feel and be healthy once again.
Oh and optimizing my hormones has been a game changer too.
Started TRT on 2/9/15 and now with TRT+ shits getting real and fast. Almost can't believe the changes I've made over the past 8 months but I have pics to prove it to myself and I'm glad I took before during and there will be no after a because this is a life long deal for me.

There's days I just go around the gym or garage hitting different things for the whole time I'm there.

Any suggestions for adding a ton of mass because that's what I need.
