What's up guys just wanted to get this thread/log started, so i can't put it off or not start it at all...

This is going to be a little different than the regular I workout and take this log, so get ready for lots of pics and random shit in here hence the LIFE log.


That's it for now, Gotta lift then I'll get this thing going.

Well lets start this off with a pic of my dinner which was a huge salad with 2 chicken breast, 1 large avocado, a bunch of broccoli and cabbage. Dressing was apple cider vinegar, lemon juice with Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and some seasonings.

Then dessert was strawberries covered in vanilla protein powder, coco powder, and a packet of stevia all mixed in some Greek yogurt.

Ok now to the meat of the log.
Long story short I was a lazy fat ass several years ago and tipped the scales at 330+ and with a lot a hard work and a good diet I've been able to drop down to 195@15-16%bf.

Now that that's out of the way my current goals are to be 220-225@10-12%BF and not let myself get above 15-16%.
I'm on week 4 of a Alv2 (8 caps) and AHv1 (1gram). I'll continue with that for another 2 weeks while I preload cycle support and other supps to get ready for 6 weeks of Tbol LV stacked with AHv3.
I have the cycle plan at work but off the top of my head it something like this.
Tbol 60/60/80/80/80-100/80-100
AHv3 4/4/4/4/4/4
Pct
Torem started at 100-120 and tapered down for 4-5 weeks
PP TRS, TCF-1, Anabeta, creatine and some other supps that I have on hand.

The last 2 weeks of Tbol will be dosed according to how I feel, gains, and the rate of gains taking place at the time.

Didn't get bloods before I started the AL and AH but plan to get Bloods done before I start the Tbol at the end of the Tbol and post PCT.

It's 10pm here and I just stepped back into my dungeon to do some stretching, body weight exercises and some light shoulder and back work.
Then I'll make dessert for my dessert.

Been feeling better than ever the past 3-4 months and I figured I might as well run with it and see where it takes me.
The AL and AH also have me feeling very positive but they are just adding to what was already there.
I'm super stoked on the rest of this year and beyond!
I'll be moving into my first house the beginning of the year and it'll just be me and my dog. I bought the house I grew up in from my parents and with that happening ill be able to set myself up to reach and crush any goals I set. All that'll be in the house is Me, healthy grub, my dog and my weights!!

It's a peanut butter Quest bar heated then frosted with PB2, coco powder, stevia, and some almond milk.
Heated Quest bars rock but a heated Quest bar with frosting is off the chain!!

Well Burly and I have been talking and I'm thinking about running the Tbol for 8 weeks but at a lower dose because I can run 1 bottle for 8 weeks at 60-66mg a day.
I'm not really sure how I feel about keeping the dose static like that over a 8 week period.
What are your guys thoughts on this idea?
Also anyone have a full or partial bottle of Tbol they'd like to sell??
If I could get more Tbol I'd run the cycle way different than 60 for 8 weeks.

There's no better feeling than overcoming what we sometime tend to feel that's ''impossible''. Seeing results, and still seeing them, knowing there's more coming.. man.. I feel ya! And I'm in bro! I say 330+ because I didn't weigh myself when I started and that was weight I was at a good 16-24 months before I started my journey around 2006-07. I was down to 220 in 1.5 years and have been slowly getting leaner and better but over the past few years. My lifts been on and off but I'm so on right now I know I'll be with it for life now!!!
Today and beyond is going to be a blast.
All my desserts are fairly low carb low less than 15grams.
Time for AM cardio!!


i got a 3/4 full bottle of tool lv. pm me. What are you going to use for liver and bp support?

I'm going to be getting bloods don't pre, post, and post PCT.

I'd like to try out and run Antaeus Labs Talos, and Aegis since I'll be getting all the bloods done and it'll be a good test on a 8 week 17aa cycle.

Oh and if O_RYAN and I can work out a deal for his 3/4 bottle the cycle will be dosed way differently than 60 for 8 weeks.

Would 4 caps of AHv3 be the least amount I'd want to take?
Was tossing around the idea if this turns into a 8 week cycle that I could start the AHv3 at 3 caps a day for the first 2-3 weeks while the Tbol is t really doing much then up it to 4 a day and stretch 1 bottle out for 7-8 weeks or just start the AH late and run it at 4 caps a day for 6 weeks.
What's your guys thoughts on this?

This girl is nothing more than friend to me so she knows we aren't together or anything and I don't plan on hookingup with any other girls I just like to talk and flirt with them. Lol

I've never done any Napa wine testing but did do a Carmel area testing that was fun. Nothing like a limo full of wine drinkers drinking wine!! Lol

Made another killer salad for lunch.
This started out as a classic broccoli salad from the store that contains like 1300 cals when you add all the crap they sell with it so I trashed that crap poured the veggies into a bowl made some dressing.

Added 1.5chicken breast, .5 cup of mixed nuts, and tossed it up. Lol
End result is a big ass healthy salad!!

Your probably right.
I never worked the numbers on it because I've never wanted to run it just bought it because it wasn't going to be made anymore.

Skipping deads today due to feeling a little funky and leaving to LV I don't want to tax the CNS and end up sicker than I already am.
Did 2 miles in the treadmill 12% incline at 4 mph. Then I did some pull ups and reverse hypers.
Gonna go make dinner and then probably come back out here and hit a light full body lift before bed and dessert!!

2 tilapia loins with a spicy seasoning my uncle makes then I coat it in milled flax seed and fly in a pan with a little olive oil.
Avocado was lightly seasoned and that's it.

Been snacking on strawberries since I finished dinner and will be hitting a light workout then I'll make dessert.
Dessert isn't anything new but the flavor of bar and frosting ill be using with this bar is new. Can't wait to try it out.

You know I have to give a big shout out to O_RYAN for coming threw with a almost full Tbol LV because without that my cycle just wouldn't be the same.
Also to Coolazice thanks again for the killer deal and the supps I got from you will be used in PCT and after.

This log and forum may turn into the best thing for me yet!!

I'll start running the numbers for my 8 week Tbol cycle later tonight to see what you guys think of my plan.
Before I even start I know I'll keep the daily dose under 120 if not any higher than 100 a day. I say this now because if gains are strong at 80 I'll keep it there but if I feel more will get me more I'll up the dose to a sane amount.

I was going to make dessert but I don't need it tonight plus I'll be putting in work while in LV.
When I was there for this years Olympia I came back 15 pounds heavier!!
Was only there for 2 full days and ate pretty damn clean but the amounts of it killed me.

Well I couldn't help myself and I made a dessert anyways.
Greek yogurt frozen strawberries mashed up and mixed with the yogurt with stevia then I let it freeze for 20-30 minutes.

This log will be filled with food pics and ideas because I love food and enjoy making it too.
All I do is mix up things I like and season to taste. I've done some odd ball combos before and even I was surprised at how good it turned out.

That was all done a couple days before thanksgiving and was a little get together for small group of friends.
Lots of other sides there but I didn't eat any of them.

Now here's some pics of different salads I make and these are so simple yet tasty.
Here's one that's just salad mix with 2 servings of ceviche de camarón with a extra avocado on top.
Dressing was the ceviche juice, lime juice and hot sauce.

Here's a quick chicken salad that's just salad mix and chicken. Dressing is mustard, lemon juice and garlic pepper no salt seasoning.

Possibilities for salad are endless and that's what is so great about them. Switch the protein source or dressing and you have a completely different tasting meal that is completely healthy and good for you.

2 miles 4mph@12% incline.
Reason I mention AM/PM cardio is because its something I just started 7-10 days ago and my avatar pic was took after my first AM session. Reason behind the cardio is I want to get leaner but not smaller so I keep my daily cals around the same so I spare as much muscle as possible and I'm trying to use the double cardio or lean out without changing everything up. I'll continue with double cardio as long as I don't feel like I'm getting to small.
To small to me is anything under 195!! 200+ is where I like to always be but recomping is no easy task.

To get this thing out of food mode I'll give a little update on my cycle, how I'm feeling, and how I've been lifting.

So I started ALv2 6 caps and AHv1 2x250mg on 11/5 and ran it that way for 3 weeks and as soon as intel it kick in I tossed 2 more ALs in the mix along with another 2x250mg doses of AH and since then I've felt on top of the world!! Lol
Really thou I'm digging the euphoric feeling and positive outlook I have right now. I had it before but right now it just feels more enhanced. I'll be runnig out of ALv2 before I get to start the Tbol so I guess I'll just into my only bottle of ALv3 to cover me the last few days. I have plenty of AHv1 to get the Tbol started and maybe a few extra days but as soon as that runs out I'll add in the AHv3 I have at 4 caps a day. Once I'm just on Tbol and AHv3 I'll be able to show you guys a clearer plan.
Tbol will be ran for 8 weeks and will go something like this
60/60/60/80/80/80-100/80-100/80-100
AHv3 0/0/4/4/4/4/4/4
Last 3 weeks will be dosed on how I feel and I may get bloods done at the end of week 5/start of week 6 to see how my insides are doing if I feel there's anything wrong if not ill get them done at the end of the run before PCT then more bloods after PCT. AHv3 is dosed at 0 for the first 2 weeks because I should have a good 7-10 days worth before I have to start the V3

2 tilapia loins with a spicy seasoning my uncle makes then I coat it in milled flax seed and fly in a pan with a little olive oil.
Avocado was lightly seasoned and that's it.

All my food is healthy and shouldn't put any unwanted fat on you even if your not working out.
I can stop lifting for 1-2 months and not gain much fat because I eat clean and when I start lifting again I'm able to drop the fat gained and get the muscle back fairly quick. I'm trying to lean out some right now so just wait and tell you see my bulking meals.

That's is so true and diet for me is key to staying the size I am and getting to the size I want to be without gaining to much fat.

Just landed at SFO and waiting for my ride home.
Had 1 Hell of a time in LV, and I'll give a quick run down of the trip tomorrow because I'll be crashing out as soon as I get home since I have to go back to WORK!!!

Diet was on point the whole time because I don't really eat sweets/bad carbs or even crave them so I just ate lots of meat, veggies,fruit, and just a few bites of dessert. I took a few pics of some of the plates I ate and I'll post those up later too.

Those pics aren't anything compared to real and in the flesh cowgirls that where walking around in LV!!
If your into cowgirls then I highly recommend you go to LV during the NFR because to me those 2 weeks are the best.
I try and stay on course as much as I can and my mindset right now is to try and get lean and add some pounds and that mean sticking to the diet. With that said I ate a shit load of food.
Funny thing is the scale in the room showed I lost weight while there!!

I don't drink or party to much anymore so LV is more of a get away and stay somewhere nice type of place for me. I usually only to when there's expos or events that I want to see, and even then I still feel like nothing at home is good enough. Olympia and NFR are the main reasons I go to LV.

It is called the Female Hormone Panel. It is around $50 (although that may be with the discount, I forget). If you want lipids, that is a seperate test. Doing both, I generally spend about $90.

Also I won't be getting bloods done because I'm going to hold off on the Tbol run and stick with a AH/AL stack for another 4 weeks because I'm seeing nice results with them.
I also don't want to start the cycle right now because I just applied for health insurance and don't wan to get hit with some tests and have it be a problem, plus once I'm covered my insurance will cover 80% of the blood test!!

Quick little update thou I came back from LV 3 pounds lighter and leaner says my scale.
Left at 194.?@14% and came back 191@13.8%!!
I feel Fucking great and on top of the world!! Lol
Lots of internal drive and focus and I have a very clear mental image of what I want to be and I feel like I'm taking/making the right moves and steps to get there.
I have to say I've never felt this good and I like it!!

I know I can gain 10-15 more with just good and hard work and if I can not gain any fat or not much ill be about where I want to be and then I think some assistance will be killer and will get me lean and mean for the summer months!

Those are my excact thoughts too.
I'll keep running the ALv3 at 6 a day, but save the AHv3 for the Tbol in a few months.
My diet is pretty good and I'm doing am/PM cardio 4-7 times a week.
Also while looking at my pics I know I have more natural size up top too because I've been 330+ pounds and most don't think I wieghed that much so I now I had a some muscles under all that fat.

I wish I had some because now would be the time to use it.
I workout with free weights only because that's all I have at home but I'll look into a few new things to try out.


Could always add some Clen too.
I have some in my stash and may try it out after the first of the year. I even have some Helios I could use to but I'd need to pick up some pins.

With that said I'll be using diet, focused lifts, and cardio to try and strip it off without anything other than AL and some pes alphamine.

Everyone is different but from my experience, if you don't have visible top abs you are nowhere near 15, if you can pinch any noticeable fat on your arms or legs you are 20+. If you have significant ab definition you are sub 10%.

I would say 13.8 is pretty damn close. looking good.

I have lots of extra skin so I need to get bigger and leaner to fill that shit back out but with healthy and lean muscle.

If you kept the same bodyfat thickness but gained 30 lbs of muscle, you would be somewhere close to 10% because it is a percentage of lean mass to fat mass. Gain more muscle without gaining fat and you effectively lower the percentage of you that is fat. Youll look bigger in the mirror but no leaner simply because the skinfold thickness has not changed.

All of this to say: use the mirror above all. The bf monitors are cool indicators, but only one tool in the toolbox. It really doesnt matter what percent you are, as long as you look 100% awesome to yourself. ;)

Gain muscle and limit the amount of fat gained.
I'd also be happy to be 195@10% and that's not fair off, but my long term goal is 220-225@10%.
I don't pay much attention to what the scale says other than weight because like you said all that matters is how I see myself.

What happened was the trip was planned the canceled then replanned. After it was cancelled I started to reduce my cals to prime for my Tbol/AH run so when I landed in LV I was primed and ready to grow and with the amount of healthy food I ate and the 400-600 push-ups, and 200-400 air squares with maybe 5-8 miles walked aday it just all fell into place.
I felt so good in LV I was running up all the stairs instead of taking the lazy way up. The whole time I was there I was so focused and only wanted to eat the best if the best and that's what I did.

I have 2 kilos of PP creapure and around 30-40 days of Con-Cret.
What type should I try first and if I take the creapure should I load it or just let it do its thing over time to limit bloat?
Oh and yes this will be my first time ever taking creatine that's not in a pre workout or something.

Creatine is one of my faves. I would take conrete before your workout and the PP creapure after your workouts. On non-training days I would take only PP creapure.

But yeah, you have it so why not use it.

After you run out of PP's Creapure, you'll probably want to only use concrete. Perscription Nutrition's creatine hcl, is cheap and then you can just go with that ( same thing as concrete ). I'll end up using all of my concrete and start using the creatine hcl from PN.

Well I just took some Con-Cret and a few other supps and its about time to get started with deads.
I'll be doing multiple sets of 15-20 with weights from 135-225 then I'll load more weight on the bar and do 10-12 then add more and do 8-10 and so on. I'm feeling good today and my back feels great too.
Time to kill it then cook dinner!!

During one of my buffet visits I had a table of 6 people watching me eat ate after plate of shrimp and then prime rib then some more shrimp and a salad then I ate a whole plate of fruit and then they asked if I was done and I said no as I went back and got more shrimp!!
Felt good being one of the in shape guys but eating like a savage and having people think how the hell does he stay in shape. Lol
It feels good to show people you don't have to starve to not be a fat ass.

I usually spend 1-2hrs cooking a week because I'll bbq 10 pounds of chicken breast at once and that'll last me 5-7 days, or I'll cook 2 different batches of ground turkey so it'll be fresh. When I eat fish I have to cook it right before I eat it.
After my protein is cooked all I do is either make a salad, burrito, throw it in a bowl with grilled veggies. So after I have my meat cooked I only have to spend 5-15 minutes per meal.
If you guys need ideas I'm more than willing to help out.
My meals are quick, simple, healthy, and most of all fucking tasty!!!

Anyways yesterday for deads I did 3x20@135, 4x15@185, 5x12@225. After that I usually add more weight and keep going up to 365 but my body is still recovering from my trip and was zapped early. Did some more back work after deads then did 25 minutes on the treadmill 4mph@12% incline.
Getting ready to go do AM cardio then some light back and shoulder work.

Oh and a little update on those special brownies I ate last night...
They gave me the munchies like no other then put my ass to sleep!!!
Felt a little groggy this morning but some alphamine and cardio got that shit out of my system.
Also the only way for me to get on any type of cardio equipment or to even run/jog outside for any length of time I have to be high. If I'm not I can only do 2-3 minutes before my brain tells me to quit but when I'm high I can go and go and go. Just thought I'd share one of my cardio secrets. Lol

Well I had a piece of cheesecake and its on point!!
Here's the recipe
ngredients:

2 lbs no fat cream cheese
4 whole large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 oz (1/2 cup) low carb no fat milk
.5-.75 cup cooking splenda (sucralose)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using No Fat cooking spray, spray 9" pie pan
Mix ingredients together using an electric blender in a large bowl
Pour mix into pre-greased pan

Heat at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Remove from oven and place in refrigerator

You must let this sit at least 4-5 hours in the fridge if you want a decent cheesecake.

I also added 2 scoops of chocolate protien powder and 2 extra onces of milk but will use 3 extra next time.
I also added in 2 tbs of cocoa powder.

Man, just the other day I was having a conversation with h2s about back in the days when I used to basically live high. I understand 100% what you are saying and how you feel bro. I could not workout if I was not high. Me and my 2 cuban training partners (hardcore insane cubans) used to hotbox the car on the way to Gold's gym while sipping on some good ol superpump or Jacked.

One time I had this girl sleep over.. this was when I was living on the beach of South Beach.. and I remember waking up, secretly getting out of bed, and putting my pants on, jogging shoes, and I went in the kitchen, prepared breakfast.. and realized I was out of the good ol sticky buds... just as I was about to leave to go for a jog on the beach, she slammed the bedroom door of my apartment open and shouted all frantically: ''waaaiiiiitttt!!!! Don't gooo yet!!! you have to smoke this spliff I rolled up for you! You need it for mind power :) ''

I remember having tears in my eyes and was like: ''this is the nicest thing any girl had ever ever done for me :eek:''

ahhh the good days. And man do I have stories about special brownies! Crazy thing about it is you sometimes really don't feel anything, until you had WAY TOO MUCH! I remember staying high for a weekend straight... I remember I did a lot of vomitting the first evening though... but the high just stayed through the entire weekend. Damn those wicked brownies :mad:

In CA and other states its be legalized to have with a recommendation or in small amounts 28g or less
Working out high is the best and only way I can do cardio.
Sometimes if I snake to much I won't have enough drive to lift heavy so it's a fine line but usually 1 pull of my 2 footer gets me in the zone and ready to hit it hard.

I haven't smoked for 4 years now. Did perhaps 3 relapses the first year, but that was it.

I believe you have to really ''live'' the scene to enjoy smoking. Back in the days things were different. A lot less responsibilities, different outlook in life, different dreams. I used to live high... If I did not take a good hit in the morning outta my good ol ice bong, I could NOT drive. I would enjoy everything better stoned. Movies, FOOD (man! I remember just crashing on my couch in my appartment with a loaded bong and some sushi delivery and a good movie on my big screen tv... that was the scene yo!), sex, even flirting with girls would NOT work if I was not stoned.

I loved the heavy bass outta my big ass headphones. From Jazz to Lounge, to some good old sublime all the way to some adrenaline mind power metal like Nothingface or Pantera. If I was high and had loud music... I was basically ready for war.

Was really difficult to turn my life around, but I guess some of us just grow and mature differently then others. I used to say I would die an old and happy pothead. But look at me now... and I'm only 25 lol

I still have a lot of friends that are stoners, and hey, they're good friends. Don't mind chilling with them, I just don't feel the urge anymore to get in that zone.

But Swole bro, I can honestly say, lifting stoned (in my case I would be a monster when I'm REAALLLYY high) is such a blast, and sometimes I admit I miss those good ol days :p

oh and forgot to say, I was such an unappreciative person when I lived that crazy lifestyle. So many girls that were def keeper-material... and I just got bored so easily and moved on the whoever would seem more attractive in a very short period of time.

Later on, when things got difficult and I had a good time to sit down and think about things, meditate... I regret SO many privileged I had when things were ''awesome''. Lessons learned bro!

Nice effective fatburning phase!

I've been keeping my threadmill sessions short and simple these days. Especially since the new gym I go to has so many variety of cardio equipment! I usually stay 8-10 minutes on the threadmill, and woul go incline 15% walk a bit on 2mph, then hit the 6mph button, go for a minute, hit 2mph... 30 seconds later, 4mph, 30 seconds later, 2 mph, then, 6mph.... by the time I'm done with threadmill I'm DEAD... then I go... maybe on the stairclimber :rolleyes: ...

I do my best to keep cardio around 15 minutes tops... and then for the next 30 minutes chilling, going home, sitting at home catching my breath, I'm sweating like a FAT pig dude

Nice! Yeah I can bang out 20 minutes of stairmaster, but it's at a very, very slow pace, like level 1 for the most part, but I am well north of 250lbs... Cranking it up kills me really fast, but it's definetly bang for your buck cardio.

I'm lightweight, but I do get extremely fatigue these days, thanks to the heavy methylated Mechabol. Been fighting nausea, dizzyness and also lethargy especially this last week. So when I do cardio, It's pure mindpower. Which I know can be dangerous, especially when I feel my heart's about to just burst outta my chest.

One reason, that I'm happy that I only have 1.5 weeks of Mecha to go. Gonna miss it though once it's gone :(

But def, I say hit it hard and fast! From a person that used to spend to much time cardio-ing in the past, I say it's worth the fast kill, and let your metabolism work overtime instead!

When summer or nicer weather rolls around I switch cardio up all the time and keep it outdoors.
Speaking of cardio I'm about to go do 30 more minutes then grill up 10 pounds of chicken and cook some fish for dinner.
To go with the fish with be a nice big ol salad that'll be like a meal in itself and for dessert will be a piece or 2 of cheesecake.

Stuff is no joke and had me burning up on the treadmill and I had to take my hoody off to cool down some. I wasn't expecting it to be that much of a difference but its nice and I'll be going back and getting another set or 2 and some new running/sweat pants and jacket/hoody to go with it.

Well here's the update with food and a female.
Anyways yesterday I was bored out of my mind and wanted some company so I called a girl that I haven't talked to or seen in about 2-3 months ended up calling 3 times because it seemed like her or my phone was messing up. Anyways about 2-3 hours later she txt me and then I just asked her if she wanted to grab something to eat and a movie after. She said yes...
So I clean up a bit and headed over to her house. We decided to go to outback because we not like that place and we are both hungry.
Luckily we get seated right away I order a seared ahi appetizer and eat that all. She ordered a chicken breast with a salad and veggies and I ordered the 12oz sirloin with a salad and veggies plus a chicken breast on the side. We both get our salads and I eat mine and 2/3rds of hers then the plates come out and as I'm working on my steak I notice she's not eating much so I try my chicken and its salty as hell so I ask her about hers and she says the same. I tell the waitress and she has 2 more made without seasoning. I finish my steak and some of the chicken the. The new ones come out invest half mine and all her veggies. Take the rest to go and I eat the other half in the way to her jeep. Lol
Now I'm craving Arctic Zero protein Ice cream so we go to the store and get me a pint head to her place I ate the pint and fhe ofher chicken breast then tried to watch a movie and we both crash out. Pretty eventful night!! Lol


Here's where it gets good!! Lol
Few hours of sleep and I'm burning up and wake up to take off my clothes and as I get into bed she just attacks me and before I know it she on top of me going crazy and one thing led to another and my night/morning ended great!!
Slept like a baby woke up joked around with her took off and did my morning cardio..

I agree man. I have several outfits of UA Cold Gear which I can still do my sprints in a light rain and stay dry underneath. I tell myself I can't miss outdoor cardio because of the weather. Couldn't imagine doing cardio inside while wearing it. Luv the stuff!

I just got done with morning cardio (only 47degrees) 30min 4mph@12% incline and the Nike HyperWarm pants and shirt I bought are worth there weight in gold!! Going back sometime this week to get more.
It's usually 34-36 in the AM but we have a storm coming in and its warmer than its been.

I've been thinking and part of the reason I called up and met with the girl from this weekend was my libido/sex drive sucked and I needed to find out if it was me or the girl I was spending time with.

Weekend was chill and relaxing to say the least. Lol
Coming back from LV to a weekend like this one was great and I'm going to say this coming weekend should be just as good if not better.

That's the only way to pack lunches!!
If not the little fridge is full of little Tupperware and makes getting to things hard.
I keep my meals simple an tasty so if I don't have time to heat something it'll still taste good.

Ended up doing some light lifting last night, but came back in the house to est more and more. Lol

So yesterday was squats and this is what I did
3x20@135
4x15@185
3x12@225
3x8@225

Started the workout by going 8 minutes on the treadmill then loaded the weights and went to work. I was sweating heavily at the end and then I went and killed a bunch of food.

This morning I woke up and did 2 miles in the treadmill @4mph but did .5@8% .5@10% and 1.0@12%
I'll hit another cardio session like the one above or all at 10-12% this evening then I'll probably do some lunges or something.

I was a fat ass for the first 23 years of my life so I have lots to make up for.

Biggest thing is to find something you like and don't mind eating over and over.
I'm far from a picky eater so my food choices are endless and if I like something but its not healthy Ill completely change it and make it healthy while still having the taste/flavor I was after.

Half way threw my salad I realized I forgot to add broccoli to it so I added more salad mix and broccoli.

Yes but it's my own.
I just squeezed a lemon in a bowl added some hot sauce, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.

Did the well this evening until I fell asleep in my recliner to wake up hungry as can be, so I ate some more watermelon and a piece of protein cheesecake.
Going to go do 50-60 pull-ups and call it a night..

Ended up doing 45 pull-ups 3x15 also did some light tricep and bicep work and went to bed.

Woke up during the night ate some jerky then some up later and I tossed some aminos down my throat and then finally got up at 610 took my morning supps then did 30 minutes on the treadmill and it was 30-32 outside and inside my workout room.
After cardio I did another 45 pull-ups. 3x15..
During work I'll be doing air squats all day and will hit chest this evening.

Doing great and the food is outstanding!!
Always makes me ask myself why I didn't do this years and years ago.
After just 1 dead and squat workout each I can tell my legs are growing and my back feels wider or at least my shirts feel tighter. Lol
I've changed and delayed my TBol cycle 2-3 times but I think what ill end up doing is prime all or the last 3 weeks of Jan then start Tbol in Feb and raise up the cals and hit the iron hard and I should see some good gains that I should be able to hold on to.

Also I've been real easy on myself with all this late night eating but that shit is going to stop and I plan to stop eating at 9-930 the latest.
To many extra cals before bed isn't helping me out but the only good thing is I'm keeping it clean.

Today is going great!!
Work is pretty kick back and I've done 500+ air squats already.
Just about to drive to the shop and fix myself lunch.
Chicken, broccoli, and Greek yogurt with hot sauce for dip.

Well to start this evenings workout I did 15min/1mile on the treadmill then hit chest and did flat, incline, and DB flys.
After lifting I had 1/2 cup oats then a big ol salad with 2 chicken breast, broccoli, peppers, and a custom dressing.
I'm stuffed to the max and don't even want to look at anymore food.

Well I can't sleep again so I'm back outside doing some light chest work.
Not being able to sleep is starting to get old. As I'm writing this I'm up like a owl and fully alert.
I'm gonna cut out my pre workout stims and see if that helps.

I only need about 4-5 hours of sleep to be fine the next day but after about 3-4 weeks it starts to take its toll on me.
