If anyone feels extra daring and wants to replicate R-Andro, use DHB with the compound. R-Andro contained Androsterone and DHB to enhance and prolong the effects of Androsterone. DHB is grapefruit extract. Grapefruit extract inhibits the CYP3A4 enzyme which is the enzyme that's responsible for metabolizing hormones out. Also the enzyme that metabolizes Fin and Dut out.

I don't believe the DHB would be beneficial while running ultra hard - with transdermal you're bypassing the first pass through the liver - where most of the loss occurs.

Right. But the point isn't to compensate for loss but, rather, extend the half life. Androsterone only has a half life of about 30-60 minutes due to the fast metabolism that occurs from CYP3A4. Inhibiting CYP3A4 extends it considerably, according to studies. Otherwise, you'd have to add a methyl group to the molecule to extend the half life, like they did with Proviron with the DHT molecule.

We don't care as much about the half life when using TD, as the transdermal carrier buffers delivery over an extended period of time...up to 12 hours with the gel carrier we use in dermacrine (and the other Iconic Formulations gel products) and 8 hours with Iron Legion Salvo based products.
