Breathing exercise threads?

Hi, I know Cd likes the Wim Hoff method..but there was another thread where he mentioned another technique.. the search box isn't coming up with anything useful for anything related to breathing for some odd reason

Is there a subforum or thread(s) someone can't point me to on breathing exercises?

The 4-7-8 breathing method is the most used and easy to get in to.

This is some info on the how when why.
Biggest thing about breath work is to keep at it, as results get better over practice.
