Ultra Hard number of pumps

Hi guys

I have just started a cycle of the ultra hard gel, I'm doing 5 pumps once a day

is that right as the 5 pumps is quite a lot of liquid and in my estimations means the bottle would run out in 2 weeks???

I think five pumps a day lasts 28 days a bottle, IIRC from my last summer run of it.

I would run it at three pumps to start....do that for a week or two and then go to the max dose. But as Maxout said, even at the max dose it should last almost a month.
