View Full Version : Tongkat Ali in large doses? Dangerous or harmless?

I unknowingly was taking a high amount of tongkat ali extract. maybe 2-3grams here and there on and off. i noticed id have to piss a lot after this which makes me think this is from strain on the kidneys... I didnt understand that at the time. i was doing this for a year not realizing i was taking a big dose, i figured it was similar to tribilus how u can take grams of it too

depends on the quality. the LEH one I megadosed with no problems. I got this health food store formula though and it bothers my stomach a bit but that could be the other stuff they put in it too (zinc etc.) so best to stick with LEH if you can

Thanks, but it's the community as a whole that makes it what it is.

I'm doing well bro, can't complain.

I'm thinking about maybe creating sometype of residential retreat where guys can come and spend a few weeks, fasting, exercising, meditating, taking supps/herbs, breathing, etc.

Think that's something guys would be interested in?
