Is it safe to take Cortison/corticoids ? [Archive]

Hi, I would like to know if there is an increase risk of crashing again by taking cortisone during a week since there are anti-inflammatory steroids.
I would assume they could mess with hormones but I’m not knowledgeable in this field so I would like your advices :)

Goes by the individual, but as a general rule of thumb, I would stay away from them.
