hi,
I have pfs, its been 3 months and I have been slowly recovering.
Symptoms:
no boners
low libido
anxiety
poor sleep
I haven't been using cdnuts full protocol but I have been regularly exercising(heavy lifts) along with daily supplements
but I now want to fast-track this recovery of mine and have a question.
for the diet part, I know paleo doesn't include beans, can I still eat them?
and if not, how do you guys eat a paleo diet on a low budget?
and is gluten-free pitas/bread and other similar products ok?
