So I consider myself to be between 90-95% fine now, and certainly well within the parameters of the average person, but I'm looking for more. I ideally want to go back to my peak self, and then some, and was wondering whether continuing the protocol will help with this, or whether I would need to implement further things.

I plan on doing the following:
Herbs
Cold showers
Pro-hormones (haven't tried them yet)
Semi-clean eating (allowing the odd cheat meal or drink)

What do you guys think?

From what I've seen through extensive research of this forum the protocol exactly as it stands is what will bypass the 100% to whatever percentage beyond you wish to go with.

I wouldn't say what we are doing is a PFS protocol but rather something which will maximise our potential as men and just when we think we've hit our maximum the bar gets raised further so I wouldn't look at it as the protocol is split into PFS and Beyond PFS but rather optimising our vitality
