Hi dudes, got my thyroid tested.

TSH 0.92 (0.40-4.50)
T4 free 1.2 (0.8-1.8)

Any thoughts or feedback?

Good to have TSH on the lower end. High levels can mean your body is asking for more Thyroid via TSH signaling indicating it’s not getting enough.

I’ve added 8oz of pure organic cranberry juice (no added sweetener) for iodine and two Brazil nuts for selenium daily to keep Thyroid happy and optimized. Stole it from the Vertical Diet. Highly recommend even though the cranberry juice feels like slamming down a shot haha

You definitely appear to be more on the hyper side vs hypo, but not in a bad way. TSH under 1 is good. However, you really need more markers to be able to make a call on thyroid. Free T3, Reverse T3, Thyroid Antibodies would be good additions here.
