Blood PH, need help

According to this chart, I have respiratory acidosis. I have low "URINE PH". My breathing got changed a lot; I can hardly hold my breaths before it feels uncomfortoble. And I feel like I have too much acidity in my lungs.

A few things to add:
- My metabolism is halted
- I have high levels of calcium and magnesium in my blood
- My progesterone is sky high (0.9)
- Copper is lowish; zinc is highish
- Ceruloplasmin was very low, I assume it's even lower now
-Hba1c is highish, blood glucose is generally highish
-Cortisol is lowish

So I decided to try plain sodium bicarbonate. Half a teaspoon in a cup of water. I immediately got calming effect that is very similar to how it felt like being normal. My agitation decreased.

+My motor control got a bit better
+My emotions seems like got better too
- It made my bowel more reactive; similar to the potassium although this is milder. (I think the mechanism is like this: bicarb increased blood ph --> calcium goes out of the cell and potassium goes into the cell --> progesterone gets lower --> progesterone binds less to the aldosterone receptors and they get activated more.)

Potassium salt makes aldosterone, sodium bicarb also indirectly activates aldosterone. I guess that's why.

I don't know which protocol I should follow. I read that bicarbonate should not be used in respiratory acidosis. How can I increase my blood PH properly then? Do I have a SIBO or copper toxicity or hypomethylation that leads to lower CO2 output?

What country do you live in?

Why not buy what is available instead of focusing on what is not available? You only need 7 herbs minimum. I doubt most of the herbs are illegal in your country.

You don’t need to buy the lost empire herbs, research different brands. Products like Tongkat Ali and ashwaganda are sold globally. Also, things like diet, lifting, HIIT, getting sunlight, cold showers, meditation are things that should be in your lifestyle with or without herbs, and IMO, prohormones. Not to say you don’t do any of that as it is. Not sure how you guys do things but you can’t spot reduce symptoms, and healing holistically is going to be your best bet.

I recommended you search for different brands of herbs since you said you can’t find them. And those random things I suggested are the basic foundation of the forum that your posting on.

You asked how to solve the issues your facing, and I suggested you heal them holistically.

What does "not sold" means in English language? There are no brands, nobody is selling them. You insist on not to understand this very basic explanation. This post has nothing to do with the forum itself, I didn't come here to hear what CDnuts protocol is for, I already knew it from much earlier than you. Your advice regarding holistic healing is totally random.

Are you a propeciahelp/Finasteride victim? I was assuming you are, since this forum is for PFS.

Someone recommended you try CDs protocol, and you said it’s not sold where you live. So my suggestion was to research different brands, online, to find a brand that ships to your country, these herbs are available by all different companies. There has to be someone who ships to your country.

My point was, you’re asking how to solve your issues and for specific supplements to solve things such as your PH levels. Oh this forum we don’t focus on individual symptoms, but how to heal the entire body holistically through diet, exercise, herbs, sunlight, etc. I don’t know how to make this any more clear to you. But if there was any confusion, I apologize. I’m not trying to throw negative energy your way.

Yeah, after complaining on other posts about how he needs help and is open to anything and just wants to heal, shows me complete disrespect after taking time out of my day to offer help. Because you know, sunlight and wim hof aren’t available in other countries.

I agree regarding the hackstasis vibe lately. I like to come here because everyone has the same goal and same method, and we can discuss regarding this method. I am not interested in reading about people's experimentation. Gives me Propeciahelp kind of vibes
