I’m in a downswing and I’m not sure if it’s from taking Omega 3 supplements, which are supposed to be healthy in general. I’ve binned them in the past, but I’m not sure if they inhibit DHT / if they need to be avoided while we’re recovering. Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken (I've read countless threads over the last few weeks, so memory gets a little construed sometimes), I believe I recall CD saying in a comment to use fish oil supplements every day at first and then to work down to every other day. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. What I do recall clearly was that Maxout was taking fish oil every other day throughout his recovery. I myself have been doing every other day.

Honestly as long as you're eating fish and nuts there should be no reason to take them.

They are not bad, per se, but their use should be limited. I highly doubt they caused your downswing.
