Hello everyone,

I made the decision to create my recovery journal. (but sorry, I'm not really fluent.)
For information, I am 25 years old and affected by PFS since my 20s. (sexual side / depression / fatigue / insomnia)

I was on TRT for 8 months because I had total, free, bioavailable testosterone and very low DHT. (It was a mistake)

I stopped all injections and I do my PCT naturally with plants.

I have so far done a month of protocol.
The only thing I haven't bought yet is the bathmate. While waiting to buy it, I masturbate only once a week and without porn.

My feelings on this 1st month:

I felt soothed during my 7 day juice feast.
The second week I had an 80-85% erection, something I hadn't seen for a long time, it made me feel good. (I was off work)

The 3rd and 4th week, return to work, nothing notable but the fight continues. My seborrheic dermatitis has returned, surely linked to a state of stress.

In any case, I felt some "flash" of libido during this month.
And in general I have more motivation, less fatigue, and less depressed.
The cold showers are amazing, and the natural PCT keeps me going with the lack of testosterone.

Also, my flaccid penis is "fuller". And my testicles are a bit bigger than on TRT, and are further away from the body.


I will post my feelings at the end of each month.

In about 4-5 months I'll do some tests to see if I'm ready for a prohormone cycle.

Month 2:

Hi my Friends.


I did the second month of protocol. It was difficult, I had the covid (not vaccinated) and it stopped the protocol for 10 days.

I continued to eat in a very healthy way but I did not play sports at that time. And as I had kidney discomfort, I preferred not to take any risks and not to consume the formal herbs for 7 days.

Today I am better than before starting the protocol but less well than during the first 2 weeks.
I think it's related to my work which is very stressful: I plan to resign. Obviously I will work elsewhere but maybe not working for 2/3 months would be beneficial to me.

In the other hand, it was my second month since stopping TRT. My testicles have grown a little, which is a good sign. I plan to do blood tests in 2 or 3 months to see where I am, and especially to check my estrogen level (it was very low a few months ago). If it has increased, I will try andro-hard.

Time goes on and I won't let go. I want to get out of it, and I'm leaving for a third month motivated.

I know the protocol is relatively new to you, but you could try doing a "short" cycle of Alpha 4 stacked with androhard at a low dose. Do this for 4 weeks and then jump back onto the herb rotation for a solid 8 weeks before you next cycle. I have a hunch that this will speed things up a bit for you.

It's easy to see: my beard hair. Sometimes a part falls off and grows back in the form of transparent hair. (instead of brown hair)

And the evolution of my beard is stagnating.

Good morning !

I am in my third month of protocol. I continue the protocol, but I had a slowdown compared to the first month.

I have less energy, less motivation, I feel stressed.
I have the impression that my work generates significant stress that I cannot control. (real estate)

I made the decision to resign, I will be unemployed in 1 month.

My objective ? Pass a civil service competition in a little less than 1 year : less stressful work

I will therefore have more time for myself during this unemployment, which should be beneficial to my health.

I will also do the prohormone cycle during my unemployment.
I hope that the delivery in France will be possible because I feel a cruel lack of DHT.

Otherwise, I had a stomach ache for about 2 days and I don't know how to explain it. I ate polenta (gluten-free) with corn flour and I feel like it's related.

Does corn cause you digestion problems?

Good morning all,

I intend to buy the prohormones: andro hard and alpha 4.
I have to take alpha 4 because I have low estrogen and if I understand correctly, it can be dangerous to increase DHT if estrogen does not increase.

But I have some questions:
- For my first cycle I will be doing a 4 week cycle, do I need to order just one bottle of each?

- Should I start alpha 4 at the same time as andro hard?

- On the iconicformulations site there is no longer alpha 4, but alpha 7. Is it the same thing?

- I live in France, do you know if they deliver? If so, is it very risky? Indeed, in France it is considered to be steroids: totally prohibited.

This week I'm going downhill: less energy, strength, motivation... It's not pleasant but I know it's part of the protocol so don't worry.

Also, I'm allergic to seasonal pollen, I have a runny nose and burning eyes. I sleep very badly whereas I slept much better with the protocol these first 3 months. I hope it will pass quickly.

Also, I have my testicles just moving around in the scrotum. Is this a good sign?

I ordered new plants on Lost Empire, I can't wait to try them. :D

I would like to order prohormones but I'm really afraid of French law...

Hi !

I can say that I passed a course:

- I sleep much better. I feel much healthier in the morning. I slept 3-4 hours a night. Today I am at 6-7am. And my sleep is restorative.

- I feel happier than before.

- the area between my testicles and my anus is much more swollen than before when I am erect. On the other hand, still no erection when I wake up, and I have the impression that my testicles have shrunk compared to the first month of the protocol when they had grown quite a lot.

Side erections, I feel like I have regressed.

Also, I'm soon unemployed (I wanted to quit my job), so I'm going to run away from the stress of work: it should do me good because on me stress destroys me.


Otherwise I still haven't received my order on Lost Empire and I have no more pine pollen... It worries me a little because this herb worked a lot on me.

Yeah, stress is a killer for most. Chronic stress is a major impedance on progress. I had to completely change careers because of it. No more traffic jams, angry and bitchy foreman, unfriendly co workers none of that.

You had a stronger start then most, which is a great sign. You're still going to have your ups and downs but as long as you FOLLOW the program, you will EVENTUALLY pass the threshold of being sick to being above average.

I come back to say that it is much better. The 2-3 glasses of alcohol were really the problem, you're right.

It's been 3-4 days that I have small erections in the morning, a better libido and I have harder erections.

Also, my testicles are hanging down again. I feel like I've passed a certain baseline, I'm on the right path to recovery.

Also, I placed a new order on Lost Empire, I will add to my rotation of 15 herbs:
- Tongkat Ali
- Shilajit resin

Also I took:
- Lion's mane
- ziziphus
- albizia

I can't wait to try them.

On the other hand, it is too hot in France and it has a négativ impact on my sleep.

Yeah avoiding alcohol is really important during recovery. You don’t wanna fuck up your already fucked up brain chemistry even more.

Fortunately I was never a big drinker so giving it up wasn’t a big deal. I can drink just fine again now, just like you’ll be able to one day.

Well, I couldn't stand I think Albizia or ziziphus. It took away my appetite and caused digestive problems.

Otherwise, I regressed on the sexual side. I have less good erections and again hard-flacid. I feel like when my gut goes bad, my sexual side goes bad. I was better especially after my 7 day fast.


So, I'm continuing the protocol. During this week, I felt 2-3 times a strange moment. I think it was a hormone surge, maybe DHT. It only lasted a few minutes but I was really happy, I had a euphoric feeling. Especially once, I had consumed Sorghum 2 hours before. It was amazing. I hope to experience this again soon enough.

Even today, I felt a happy feeling. It's hard to describe, I don't know if it's positive but I haven't felt this feeling for a long time. Maybe never, I forgot my life before PFS.

Lately I've lost my motivation a bit.

Update : I don't really feel the ups or downs. Everything is happening very slowly without me realizing it.


I still seem to be improving little by little. I get a hard-on easier, I get a hard-on, and at night/morning when I wake up, I've had a few erections for 3 weeks. (not very hard but it remains positive).

I'm far from cured but I still see the positive. I plan to go to my doctor for blood tests. Depending on my estrogen level I would have to do a cycle of Prohormones. (illegal in my country, so it's more difficult)

On the other hand, I again have trouble sleeping, whereas on this side it was better.

Yeah try to get off the sleep supps. I myself only use them on bad days. Try to manage the stress levels during the day. If that doesn't work try to rotate the herbs again and don't masturbate at all. This will reset your hormonal balance.
It seems like this is an wrong dopamine to seratonin ratio issue. I even had phases where I had premature ejaculation and bad sleep patterns like you. After like an +20 day herb cycle i was able to change the ratios. After stopping everything my baseline changed and slowly stabilized with improved sleep and no premature ejaculation.
I can now sleep 6-7 hour per night which is good.

And of course don't go heavy on gluten. Eat enough calories and do exercises.

I have been on this protocol for 9 months now. I had improvements, it's true. But today I am no longer improving, I am stagnating.

It's the end of summer in France and the change in temperature is making me more tired.

I will do a blood test in the coming days to compare with before the protocol.

I still haven't tried prohormones, hope this helps. Besides, I think I have a lack of GABA because I could see that it caused a feeling of tightness in the throat and difficulty in swallowing, dry mouth and tiredness.

Since I'm strictly taking the protocol herbs, no more, but I'm thinking of adding boron and fadogia.

I did a testosterone blood test before protocol and now, 9 months after. My total testosterone has increased a lot. The range is 230 - 640. it was at 240 and now it's top of the range at 630. However, my bioavailable testosterone is still low. The range is 1 - 4, and I'm at 1.16. My worst symptom is constant fatigue.

Interesting...good work. I know there are things that can be done to free up some test, many of which are parts of the protocol already...but would be worth checking online again to ensure you are doing all those specific things...for instance, daily magnesium supplementation will help free up some test

If your summary of things at the end of this post was accurate, then you're doing just fine. Dont fall into the trap of lowering your test via stressing about your progress, as stress/cortisol immediately shoots down test.
Libido will be the last thing to return, as my own experience and most others on here have attested...
All the other things you mentioned are what you should be noticing if everything us working right, recovery-wise.

I received my prohormones, Tomorrow will be my 4th day cycle. (4 andro + ultra hard)


It was almost instantaneous, I have a lot of energy and motivation. I feel incredibly good (compared to before where it was variable from day to day).

In the weight room, I have a better pump and I have already gained strength.

I love my bodybuilding sessions under prohormones.

On the other hand, I sleep very very badly on prohormones. And ED/Libido level no effect. I hope to see the effects later in the cycle, I'm only at the beginning.

It's been a little over a week: my skin on the pectorals is slightly burned by the product. If I scratch I bleed a little. I'm going to use more on the arms and shoulders, I can't put any more on the pecs. If the product also burns my arms and shoulders I will have to stop the cycle. Otherwise, I sleep fine. Not like the other crazy guy who pollutes this forum.

I shortened my cycle of ULTRA HARD, I did 4 weeks instead of 5 weeks because it burns my skin. I no longer have a healthy surface available. I put some on the shoulders and pecrorals. Then on the arms and then on the legs.

Since today, I go back to herbs. For the moment, I don't have enough hindsight to know if the cycle helped me.

During the cycle I felt relaxed but with a loss of motivation. My cock was I think harder during masturbation and I ejaculated later. I also had a little more pronounced hair loss which seems to be a positive.

Maybe that's why I feel so tired my free T is very low.
But my SHBG is not too high.
I don't understand. Maybe I should reduce shbg with boron or proviron ?

So, now my érection is better.
I don't know if it's related to my 1st UH cycle or ionic Minerals that I took since mid november, but it's easier to maintain érection, and the quality is better.

Still no libido, no sex drive.
My sleep seems to be cured.


My biggest problem is my énergy. Any suggestions ?

My plan ? Add Nad+, vitamin B complex. I would have oxidative stress causing me all this fatigue.

Of course I still continue do eat well, exercising, try to not over fap, cold showers...

update:
I am getting out of the CDnuts protocol a bit, even if I continue to follow a strict diet (no alcohol, no dairy products, no gluten, no processed food, lot of fruits and végétable..), herbs and exercise daily.

Looking back I think the minerals I took are really helping me. Besides, last year Cialis didn't work. I tried again 4 days ago and now it works much better than before.

Before CDnuts protocol my Dick was ~60% hard with or without Cialis.
Now it's around 80-85% hard without Cialis and 95% hard with Cialis.

If you would try, I bought the minerals I added in addition to the herbs on the website GOODSTATE.

I bought :
- acide fulvic
- copper
- Iron
- multi mineral



I think it helped me a lot. (Of course it won't do anything if you live with a Bad lifestyle)

What I plan to do :
- add NAD+, low dose B complexe / and low dose Cyto B2, and vitamin C
- another UH cycle + 4 andro
- 4 andro cycle alone
- another water fast for 7 days.
- liver flush
- coffee enemas
- HTMA (But it's very expensiv in my country)


If improvements continue, I'll be cured within 1 or 2 years.

I want to get my energy back because it's boring to feel like an old man.
And I want my libido / sex-drive.

My mind now is sometimes OK, sometimes very good.
My sleep is not that bad, sometimes I sleep 6 hours, sometimes 7 hours, it depends.

When I Say I'm a bit out of the CDnuts protocol it's because I do less coldshower (because of the winter) and too much masturbation.

But I'll try to do more coldshower and less masturbation. I think no fap is important

I feel much better, my brain is healing. Sometimes I feel a sense of well being. I have a lot more motivation, I have to force myself to perform actions but it's not as hard anymore.

Lately I have progressed. I did less sport because I have a lot of things to do at the moment. (I bought a commercial space/walls, I am doing rénovation work and then renting it out)

Also, this month I tried probiotics and vitamin C and L-carnitine. I always have a perfect, very healthy diet. My erection has also improved although it is still not cured, especially the last month.

My only symptom that I haven't seen any improvement on is : random erections, and visual arousal. My penis still won't rise without touching it.

I'm on the right track even if I'm starting to lose patience, I'm tired of fighting.

Besides, I passed a competition for a job, I will have the results soon. I think I've succeeded, and I feel almost ready to work again, with less stressful work.

I Hope we'll all recover.

I Can résume:

- My anhedonia is almost cured
- my sleep is much better, but I think it's related to stress when I have issues.
- lot of improvements on my ED too.
- better mood / motivation
- better énergy
- night wood or morning wood comeback
(Not 100%)

I can function again.

But :
- no improvements on sperm ( I don't Care)
- still no sex drive, I have to touch myself to get hard and no random erection. (My biggest issue)

Also, I have low free T and low DHT... Maybe that's a problem for recover from sex issue

Glad to hear you are doing better, We all have got this. Just got to keep on going, even when it gets hard. Anhedonia is a horrible thing to deal with so I'm glad you are almost recovered from that, that's a huge hump
