I just don't think I can afford it.

Try your best and don’t sweat the rest. I ate almost 100% organic for the first year of my recover but as I got better and better I got more and more relaxed and started eating more conventionally produced meat

It's okay once in awhile.

What people avoid it and why?

Stupid question on my part. I've been burning the candle at both ends for the past few months along with some other taxing issues.......

He was most likely referring to heavy metal toxicity, mercury in the meat, to be specific.

And then there's just canning in general: Health Tips | Healthy Life Ideas | Health Care News | Home Remedies For Health | Expert Weight Loss (https://www.onlymyhealth.com/are-canned-foods-safe-cons-of-canned-food-1608032182)

Fresh is best.

Technically through, it counts as processed food.

This one is a toss up. Depends how militant you want to be.

I ate/eat tuna maybe once or twice a month still to this day and when I was recovering.

OK thanks and how much fruit did you eat in recovery as I see this one divides people?

Don't worry about what divides people. Worry about sticking to the protocol. That's what you're here for.

I ate as much fruit as I wanted.

I eat fruit daily, love fruit and we all know how it’s good for you. Just don’t over do it with the servings of course. Pomegranates in particular give me a nice boost in virility after I eat them or drink their juice.
