Hi all,

Before starting the protocol, I had tried CBD and had lost my appetite. it was impossible to eat for several months. (1 or 2 months)

Last night I tried the Ziziphus and the Albizia. This morning I took Lion's mane and Shilajit.

At noon, very little appetite, and this evening, I have not managed to feed myself.

I hope it won't remake me like with CBD because I thought I'd end up hospitalized...

Has this ever happened to you?

I do not know which plant is responsible but it is impossible for me to stay in this situation.

Thanks for your help

CBD is a 5ari, I’d avoid it in the future.

In fact, I haven't used it for 6 months. It makes me the same as with CBD, the only thing I changed is: added ziziphus, albizia, lion's mane and shilajit from Lostempire. I have been following the protocol scrupulously for 6 months.

Once again I can't eat anymore, it's very disabling...

I think what's happening to me has something to do with serotonin.

I had taken 2 months to get better the first time I had this. I think I better put my stomach to rest by avoiding taking the usual powders. What do you think ?

Do you think I should buy probiotics? if yes, which ones ?

The ideal would be to fast but I already did a 7-day fast 6 months ago, just before the start of the protocol. And I'm not fat enough.

I'm sure it's a powder that did this to me because it's the only thing I changed. Surely Ziziphus.

I’ve never had any problems with my appetite except when I’m very anxious. Are you suffering from a lot of anxiety? You should be meditating 20 minutes each day, if you’re not already.

As for being too thin to fast, do you mind sharing your height and weight?

I think I'm anxious. Meditation helps me but that's not everything.

I know I'm anxious because I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face.

I am 170 centimeters for 62 kilograms. .
.
I have very little fat, around 8-9% bodyfat. I think it's a good idea to stop the powders for 10 days to relieve the digestive system, and only take the magnesium before sleeping.

Well, I'm better than since my crash a few days ago even if I regressed.
(fewer nocturnal erections, less strong, smaller testicles)

I took the powders again but I will wait again before trying again. I think to try again Lion's mane and Shilajit but suppress Ziziphus and Albizia. I'm pretty sure it was one of the last two powders that did this to me.

In my opinion, either I am allergic or there is a link with neurotransmitters.

Loss of appetite from a crash is understandable. I have never had anyone mention that ANY of the herbs effected their appetite. That's not saying it's Impossible. You have to take one at a time and see your reaction.

I tried again, the two Albizia and Ziziphus powders do this to me. I think it must be serotonin related.

otherwise, I support all LEH powders except these two

It could be because you have to take so much of them and they are wretched.......I always felt queasy after taking those two.
