It's not a matter of "can" you wear oxfords with jeans, but "should".

Oxford shoes are very formal shoes. They have a distinct toe shape, which makes them very formal and stylish. You can wear oxfords with jeans, but it's definitely not the best look for you.

You should wear sneakers or casual shoes instead of oxfords. This will make you look more casual, which is what you should be going for if you're trying to wear oxfords with jeans.

Oxford shoes are made to be worn with a suit or a business outfit. However, if you're not wearing a suit or business clothes, then the oxfords will look better when paired with jeans than they would with other pants. High quality shoes can be purchased from Men’s Oxford Shoes | Derby Shoes For Men-Bruno Marc (https://www.brunomarcshoes.com/collections/oxfords) online store. Jeans are generally casual pants and will look better with oxfords than with other pants that are more dressed up. Jeans are also easier to get on and off than other pants, which makes them a great choice for wearing oxfords as well.
