Thought this was a great idea for posting PRs when you aren't really running a log. I always tell 1 or 2 people but I know you all can relate and it's nice to work hard for results. So, post up your PRs as you go, in whatever lift or activity it is.
Pics or vids would be awesome!!

So to start...... I hit 320 on bench yesterday at the end of my workout, raw :)

Today I pulled 445 for the first time. Huge for me, my back, and my reworking of form...

Hope to see you guys hitting better numbers or times or heights etc.

Lets see....

Squats - 405 x 3
Bench - 250 x 2
Deads - 405 x 1

Can't really think of any others specifically. I plan on breaking everything with my cycle I just started.
I'd love to break 500 on squats.
