Hey guys,

A member sent me this PM, and asked if I would repost it for him. There is a reason that he could not post it himself, and it is a legit reason, not hiding behind anything.

"how would you suggest he run the following?:

mechabol
liquid var - more than enough for 50mg a day for 4 months
test prop- he's looking to shoot 3x a week- he's over 40.

pct will be either torem or nolva depending.."

I sent him what I thought, but your input would be appreciated as well.

What dosage on Prop and ideal would be ED dosing? 16-18 weeks of Var is going to cause some significant liver and lipid stress.

50mg ED of each would be best.

agree with this, no need for mecha with the var

I wouldnt even bother with the Mech unless running it at 150mg/ED. Just my opinion as he probably wouldnt even notice anything running it at a low dose with the Prop and Var (Plus the added liver stress)

Var if you're going to for the extremely dry/lean look, and only if you can take enough of it for long enough.

Mechabol if you're looking for more size (good lean size, though, mechabol leans people out even when putting on mass).
