Talos will be arriving soon. I'm going to log the effects in terms of blood pressure and resting heart beat. Hoping for some nice changes ;)

For those of you who don't know, talos is a heart healthy/cycle support supplement created by Antaeus Labs. Jake says it can be used YEAR ROUND so... that's what I'm going to do. Starting whenever it arrives.

Been on Talos myself for almost a week. So far it is working nicely. We should compare notes later, lol.

Any noticeable results?

It's too soon to really tell any major differences. I'm giving it a good 2 - 3 weeks to get into my system.

I used to take SAMe every day, but the price doubled overnight a while ago, so I had to drop it. I was surprised to see it in Talos at its volume, compared to the price. SAMe by itself is some good stuff.

I can say that blood pressure seems to be more stable. I don't get any spikes of pressure from things I would normally get them from, like heavy squats.

Headaches from the trestolone are gone.

Resting BPM has gone from 76 to 62.

I'll retest in another few days.

Works quick and I like that there's no need to preload it.

No need to preload. It does work fast, but I'll be sure to keep checking resting heart beat each morning. It could easily be a fluke.

I wish I had more to write here. My skin has definitely gotten darker from the talos, presumably from the astaxanthin.

It did smooth the BP headaches from the trestolone, luckily.

If I ran trestolone again I'd almost certainly take this.

I've never had issues with just taking hawthorn berry.

My heart literally felt like it was beating out of my chest. Just didn't like the way I felt.
