As you guys should all know Cholesterol is the main source for testosterone creation.
So in order to make the most testosterone you need to have a good level of cholesterol.

Since steroid use and pro hormone use will drastically effect your cholesterol levels it would be a good idea for people to use krill oil on and off cycle.

Krill oil has been all the rage lately since some new studies have come out showing it has a massive improvement over fish oil, this study below was 3g fish oil and 3g krill oil per day for 90 days take a look.

Check out your local supplement store it will help a great deal during your PCT when you are trying to increase testosterone.

That's not a study. That's two charts.

Ok, Krill oil is better than fish oil, but I doubt people would be taking 3g Krill oil a day as it would be too expensive. A comparable dosage of Krill oil would more likely be 1g imo.

I believe it is a chart from the full text of Evaluation of the effects of Neptune Krill Oi... [Altern Med Rev. 2004] - PubMed - NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15656713). I do not have access so I can not verify.

If you believe this paper (funded by a krill manufacturer) it's more cost effective to just use .5 grams. They also don't mention the brand of fish oil.

Important notes.

Sorry, overlooked that. I am at work, so I did a quick image search to find the study.

While the study has some merit, it does have some problems, as pointed out above.

Krill oil, according to this study, is far far more effective than any available rx products, and side effect free.

Evaluation of the effects of Neptune Krill Oi... [Altern Med Rev. 2004] - PubMed - NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15656713)

We have also seen blood work from many people showing great improvements in lipid profiles.
I am not suggesting to buy this from us, we are on the other side of the world its too expensive, you can get the same thing in your local supplement or chemist no doubt.

Extra virgin olive oil has been studied for years and has even shown to increase testosterone by taking it, since krill oil has such a dramatic impact on cholesterol levels i would "assume" but i may be wrong that it too will have quite a good impact on testosterone post cycle and obviously also general health.

The study also shows the effects of 1, 1.5g per day for 90 days if you wanted to take a cheaper option in comparison to fish oil.

It has also been said several times i am unaware how true it is but it says that the best source of omegas in fish are the fish that are feeding on the krill.....so its kinda like cutting out the middle man by taking the krill.
