Great read.
I'm assuming that they are talking about creatine mono?
I like CHCL better, but 5g of mono isn't 5g on CHCL, right?

creatine is creatine, what molecule attached to it makes it hcl, mc, ect

I always recommend to people that they get on creatine, whether they lift weights or not. I mean, what is it, 5 cents a day for a good quality monohydrate? but because of its association with bodybuilding they think they're gonna get huge.
a lot of really low-cost supplements could really change the course of a lot of people's health, but since it's not mainstream they don't do it. they'd rather buy Special K cereal because that's "healthy". oh well.

I've been recommending my mother to take creative for quite a while. My dad used to be 420 lb but now is less than me! She on the other hand hasn't moved in a while and it's starting to catch up to her... I blame her lack of drive on antidepressants..
