  1. Hey, sorry didn’t see this. I believe it definitely helped and would recommend adding bone broth to this list. I don’t know how much it expedited but it most likely helped.
  2. Hey Max. I was looking at your post for motivation and I noticed a lot of the stuff you did was to heal the gut (e.g. probiotics, kombucha, L-Glutamine). I know that your gut influences your serotonin production (and how sociable you are). Did doing stuff to heal the gut speed up your recovery by a lot?
