  1. Hey man. I did a 5 day water fast and then ate soft fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, grapes for a day or 2. Just buy one of those fruit platters at the grocery store and snack on it. Then add veggies for another day or 2, preferably 2, then add some meats slowly. Take your time with it because your body is in a delicate state.

    Break your fast with some bone broth and drink it throughout your refeeding days also.
