Hello mate, hope you are well. Iam hoping I can get some advice off you. So I am a saw palmetto case and my only remaining symptoms are slight lack of sensation, ED (hard flaccid) and perineum pain at times. Now I have improved so much in the last 1.5 years. The only lingering symptom is ED and lack of libido ( no random erections, soft head, classic HF/cpps symptoms) I did the stretches but probably for a month the longest.
