I can't believe interviewed and crashed Steinhardt than the first time
Hello mate, hope you are well. Iam hoping I can get some advice off you. So I am a saw palmetto case and my only remaining symptoms are slight lack of sensation, ED (hard flaccid) and perineum pain at times. Now I have improved so much in the last 1.5 years. The only lingering symptom is ED and lack of libido ( no random erections, soft head, classic HF/cpps symptoms) I did the stretches but probably for a month the longest. I am hoping you can give me some tips or advice. Appreciate your time and glad that you are doing well. Nexus.

Hey bro, did you ever get off the wellbutrin. I'm in a really bad spot and not sure how much longer I can tolerate it. Looking for something to stabilize me while I continue with the protocol. I've done it all i.e. 2x 2 wk juice feasts, multiple 1wk juice feasts, cycling 18 herbs etc. I was feeling so well we moved and I cold turkey stopped all the herbs. I think this sent me into another crash, and I need some help getting back to baseline. I've reimplemented the herbs, but I just can't get out of the whole. Yo man, throughout this whole thing my sleep had never been an issue until last week when a drank a preworkout drink and ever since then i cant sleep wt all and its making me freak out. What did you do to recover your sleep? Did you take anything specific?

I had terrible depression and then it became anedonia. I'd say emotions just came back in waves, really. What helped best was lifting, I found. I always felt better after exercising. Just stick with the protocol, man. If you're consistent it'll absolutely come back.
