Yes like all others suffering - and just like i did - you think no one else who recovered had this or that. You're wrong, i had zero libido, literally zero for many months. I had this brand new girlfriend, beautiful and 25 years old with an amazing ass, and i had no interest at all. I was totally destroyed with the whole standard list of stuff. Yes you can recover fully. The fact is i believed in recovery from about 6 months post fin and you still don't otherwise you wouldn't have written that stuff. Start believing by doing all the things i write about and others like CD etc. and you will start to recover. It's a long game, every day you have to invest for months on end. Look back and see your improvements each 3 month period, not less.

thanks for your replies. it means a lot to me. one recovery story a lot to me. however i always feel like"naah he didnt suffer like i do " i know its mental but i can't overcome it no matter how hard i try. can u pls tell me did you suffer from"0" libido. i have non of it. nothing turns me on there is a connection problem with my brain and my penis. i used to erectile with visual stimulate but nothing anymore. will these improve??u said my libido back and forth when i suffering but my libido is absolutely zero for 8 months.

Anyway, Jeypp appears to be excessively worried about lots of PFS issues. It's in your head you crazy fucker!!! PFS is not real, it's essentially a nervous breakdown. If you shit yourself and are in a permanent state of panic, just like all men who have a nervous breakdown, all good hormones plummet, bad hormones rocket, you won't be able to get it up and you won't be interested in sex. Genes downregulate and all this stuff takes time to come back from, but come back you will over a period of months and years if you understand that it's your head creating this stuff after reading lots of scary stories of men who never came to understand this.
