Hello there. I am looking to add sorghum powder to my smoothies, and saw that you were doing this as well. I'm all about convenience, so if it is possible to imbibe sorghum without cooking it, that would be great. However, I dont want to do any harm if eating raw sorghum is inadvisable. Would you mind telling me the precise process of your sorghum intake? Ground up, raw, washed first, etc?

Hey flamingpie! I love the fact that you have struggled for so long and are finally almost there. I wanted to ask you, do you think your size loss recovered? If so, did it happen naturally or did you use the bath mate or something?
