  3. I had terrible depression and then it became anedonia. I'd say emotions just came back in waves, really. What helped best was lifting, I found. I always felt better after exercising.

    Just stick with the protocol, man. If you're consistent it'll absolutely come back.
  4. Hey man just had a question for you, was your depression more like an anedonia like they describe? I see you were asking when your feelings come back and I dont have the ability to feel joy at all or any emptions really. Was just wondering if anything helped or when this came back online for you?
  5. The R-Andro might be getting harder to find, unfortunately. But CDnuts recommended Transdermal version by muscle gelz to me. If it's good enough for him it's probably good enough for the rest of us!

  8. I remember 5A-DHP really helped quite a bit in the beginning with brain fog. I think you can ask around on the forum on where to order it.
  9. Thanks for the reply and encouragement I really appreciate it. Not to bother you, but If i could just ask you was there anything you did that specifically helped with brain fog? I have terrible brain fog and my career is in jeopardy and i saw you had it while being a fiction writer, that had to have been a nightmare. Just wanted to see if any specic supplement helped you.

  10. To be perfectly honest I'm not sure which one that number applied to, but I'm pretty sure it was overall testosterone.

    For me, the single most helpful thing was lifting. There would be days I felt awful but lifting definitely made me feel better afterwards. The herbs are definitely a solid second place.

    I'm really sorry you're going through this. God knows I've been there, but just keep working at it and you'll be okay!
