Really inspired by what I've seen in terms of how you managed to get yourself out of this situation. Just had one question if possible and that is how long did it take for the changes in your face specifically to go back to normal. As the face is something that we can't hide it is pretty distressing to see the change that has happened but I'm done moping around and know what I have to do to get the desired results

Did you come up with your theory about short term Propecia users?
I took it for 4 days, noticed minor sides like less gym pumps & erectile quality like 80%.z thought I was all good and then 10 days later you know the deal.. I’m 22 so I freaked out about all this happening at my age etc.. but I’m over that, & I got on the protocol 5 days after I crashed (during these 5 days was endless horror story reading) thankful I didn’t waste too much time

Anyway I’m interested in your theory. I haven’t really thought about that. Congrats on your recovery too.. you made it sound real cutting edge and complicated but it was a matter of you simply sticking to it through the downswings. All these ideas bouncing around on this forum even though it’s positive can make your head spin. The key is just consistency, what most of us are doing puts us past 98% of people in terms of health & lifestyle, it’s just keeping it up till it sticks
