  1. Hey man. I did a 5 day water fast and then ate soft fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, grapes for a day or 2. Just buy one of those fruit platters at the grocery store and snack on it. Then add veggies for another day or 2, preferably 2, then add some meats slowly. Take your time with it because your body is in a delicate state.

    Break your fast with some bone broth and drink it throughout your refeeding days also.
  2. Glycine, melatonin, L-Theanine, and tiring myself out from working out were all immensely helpful.

    Don't worry, man. You'll get your sleep under control soon.
  3. I've been okay!

    My downstairs bits were completely numb for six months after I crashed, so it definitely affected things. Not numb anymore, so I'm counting my blessings there. It was really that first cycle of R-Andro that kicked things off for the better.
