  3. @Outlaw I mean, thatís why I donít take B anymore. Or any other supplements besides the herbs. Iíve crashed on a lot of shit. Unfortunately thatís just kinda how it goes when your body is in this state. Iíd say it might make you feel bad for a week or 2 but youíll settle back into baseline soon enough. Thatís been my experience. Fortunately the crashes donít last, and eventually youíre gonna feel better either way. Donít sweat the crash too much man. I know that sounds like shitty advice and like Iím leaving you out to dry, but coming from someone whoís crashed over and over and over, just donít sweat it, youíll be good. Give it some time and recoup.

    For what itís worth, folic acid or cyanoB12 only made me feel bad for a short period, like a couple days, the methyl is what crashed me for like 8 months. I think youíre gonna be fine man.

  9. @Outlaw my bad if Iím being unclear man. Anything that starts with methyl, avoid. Try whatever you want, of course, but methylated vitamins are playing with fire.

    Try a B complex with folic acid (B9) and cyanocobalamin (B12) instead, if it doesnt help you just stop taking it. These forms of B9 and B12 are man-made but they donít come with the risk of a devastating crash like a methyl vitamin would.

    Yo I'm sorry to drag this conversation but I don't get it, you say to avoid methyl but you say I can take a B Complex that contains methyl?
