    @Turnover also the dosages of mfolate and mb12 were only 50mcg and 10mcg respectively. The shake also had niacinamide in it. Mind you I did it for 2 weeks, but with such small amounts do you think it likely the problem? Sorry for all the questions man, I'm just feeling horrible - you know how it is...thanks again.

  3. @Jado for potassium try “no salt” which is potassium salt, don’t overdo it. Or coconut water. The other stuff I took beforehand was D, E, A, Nature Made B complex with C (no folate or b12), fish oil, I believe that’s it.

    And I forgot an extremely important part, you need to also take Dibencoplex (brand name), which is B12 in the form of Adenosylcobalamin. The 2 active forms of B12 are Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, you want both active forms to release methyl trap. Put the AB12 under your top lip and the methylB12 under your bottom lip. I had Dibencoplex 10,000.
  4. @Jado If it were me I’d take D, C, E, A, B complex without 9 or 12 , fish oil etc. for a few days then start with Country Life MethylB12 1000 mcg under your lip, then see how you feel and add another as you want. Probably takes more than 1, and do that for a couple days. There’s no specific dose. But make sure you have the Country life methyl B12, order it on Amazon or whatever. That’s the only brand that did shit for me, it’s a lozenge that goes under your lip for Max absorption. Also don’t start without the Metafolin (also only brand that does shit, I tried like 5 brands) because if you actually have a folate deficiency the B12 is going to deplete your stores and if you don’t have any folate on hand you’re going to have a bad time. I’d try the B12 for a couple days and see if it helps, take some potassium a couple times a day, then take a pill or so of niacin to demethylate after. I usually open the capsule and pour half in a cup but you can do whatever. Not really a guideline to it

    Man, absolutely. That must have been a bear to figure out. I just would have thought it was another crash - which is what I have thought. It still may be, like you said, my body just couldn't handle all the vits in that diet. I ate some raw broccoli an hour ago, and I havent noticed any negative effects yet. So I guess if anything its gotta be methyltrap. If that's the case I just need to take methylb12 (5mg) for hrs/days/weeks followed by niacin (how much?) to halt methylation? And finish with some potassium gluconate (dose?)?
  6. @Jado yeah man, you can imagine how hard it was for me to figure out wtf happened and how to fix it. He definitely can be confusing also, kinda just goes on rant after rant and says a lot without saying much

    I'm just looking for a simple "take this and fix the problem" list - while not making myself worse. He seems to go into so much detail while leaving out the simple stuff i.e. supps, dosage, etc. I'll keep looking. If I can't find it eventually, I'll hit you up. I've just been feeling like crap for so long now - different from the initial PFS crash.

    Ok, I've been reading all the posts on the links. I see Fredd gives a list of what to get, but I don't see how to take it? He also says getting out of the methyl trap is "easy as falling off a log", but then doesn't state how to do it i.e. what to take and when. I'll keep reading.
  10. @Jado if you didn’t take enough of one or the other you could have methyltrap. I’d imagine if you do ok with broccoli you don’t have PFD. PFD is when you take methylfolate, which kickstarts methylation and uses up your stores of folate rapidly and you run out, which is why broccoli made me feel horrible. The small amount of folate in the broccoli would kickstart my healing and use up my folate stores, and deplete them since broccoli has a small amount of folate compared to what was required. But I don’t think it’d hurt to try both of B12 doesn’t help. But this is why you need to take all the trace supplements also, methylation uses up your stores of nutrients so you want to be stocked up.
