    So theoretically since I took the methylfolate and methylb12 together I should be ok, or could I still have one of the other PFD or methyl trap?
  2. @Jado if that doesn’t help you within a few days you could try taking titrating 5 capsules of 1000 mcg metafolin brand methylfolate until you reach 30-35 capsules. You can go more also. Once I hit like 30 I got relief, that’s how much folate it took to get out of the deficiency. Then you take some MB12 afterward. Then niacin to demethylate. Also remember potassium afterward. If none of this works, I would imagine that the diet, or vitamins stressed out your body or neurotransmitters, and you’ll hit baseline eventually.
  3. @Jado could be, not sure what methyltrap would be like because I didn’t have it, probably similar. But you were taking methylfolate and methylB12, I only took methylfolate without B12 which screwed me. You could try some B12. Basically all of the supplements listed for a week or so, then try and take some “Country life” methylB12 and see if it helps. Methyltrap is when your B12 deficient and folate gets trapped in your cells. Taking large amounts of MethylB12 alleviates it. I’d try and take some while upping your dosage and see what happens. Also try some methylfolate (metafolin brand) with it because you shouldn’t take one without the other, but at first only take the B12 for a while and see what happens. After a few hours/days/ however long you wanna try it, take some niacin to demethylate or you’ll keep methylating. Not sure how long it’d take to fix, also please take all of this with a grain of salt, I can only speak for myself with all this.

    So, before this latest crash, I had been feeling decent most days. The only symptoms I was having were dizziness, and my left testicle is still smaller than the right. Other than that I was doing ok. I started reading how sifo can be a cause of dizziness, and thought maybe that was my issue. So, I did a two-week elemental diet that had the methyltetrahydrofolate and methlycobalamin in it. I finished the diet and felt pretty good initially. Then within a few days I started to feel slightly anxious, and then within 12-24 hrs it was like full blown crash. It's been going on for almost 5 months now with very little improvement. Also, I've had broccoli over the course this time frame and have noticed much, but I'm gonna have it again tonight and see if anything happens. If I don't notice any negative symptoms is it likely methyltrap? Also, I read everything Fredd has to say. I need to get past this and fast.
  6. @Jado I’d try broccoli, that’s the most folate-dense. Spinach didn’t give me as many problems. I’d basically get crippling anxiety, derealization, insomnia etc. afterward.

    Tell me a little bit about your experience? I’m really not an expert all I know is what happened to me. Also read those links on the post, there’s a guy named Freddd on that forum Phoenix Rising who was an absolute expert on all this

    Hey man, Jado (Jason) here. Thanks for helping me out here. I'm really thinking this could be what I'm experiencing. It's been almost 5 months with little to no improvement. I'm dying over here. Based on your last post about the broccoli and greens bothering you I don't think I have Paradoxical Folate Deficiency. I had spinach several times over the last couple weeks and didn't notice anything too bad, although I feel pretty bad all the time. So maybe I'm methyl trapped?? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the reply bro.

    I brought methylation because I took glycine for 5 months with no effects. Seems like it doesn't agree with me ever since I took the B Complex.

    I'll bin it and hopefully it will help with my ear symptoms 💪
  9. @Outlaw Glycine did the same to me, it makes me feel bad so I binned it. It lasted a couple weeks. I don’t believe methylation has anything to do with any of this, I think it’s all due to neurotransmitters and hormones. I wouldn’t worry much about it man. You’re in a sensitive state, I was the same. Just avoid stuff that makes you feel bad. You’ll have to find out what makes you feel bad the hard way unfortunately

    Hey man you might think I'm crazy, but I kinda need your help.

    After I took the Bcomplex I was fine for like 8 hours, and then I took Glycine before bed like usual and I crashed 20min later.

    I always told myself it was sketch that the crash happenned right after glycine but couldnt prove anything. I stopped taking it since crash. I took it back last week, and ever since (same day) my hyperacusis has gotten progressively worse (i was making good progress, and I didnt change anything to diet, and no exposure to sounds).

    I read that glycine (like b6, b12) plays a role in methylation. Could there be any link? Some people theorize that hyperacusis can be caused by demethyalation.

    Sorry to bother, I know I seem all over the place but I'm writing because the last 6 days were truly horrific, but I dont post it because no one has that here
