@Outlaw no idea. Never figured that out. I can’t eat broccoli or green juices, but in the beginning I was so bad that there is a possibility they’ve always made me feel bad but I wasn’t able to tell because I just felt shitty all the time. I have a hunch that it interferes with my thyroid and that’s why I can’t handle them, but as for what you’re talking about with the crashing, anxiety and insomnia, I fixed that by fixing the deficiency As far as being scared, I was mortified to touch them again. It isn’t as scary as you think. In my experience, the only bad reaction I’ve ever gotten from B vitamins we’re taking too little, the more I took the better I felt.
I understand it might be my only option left. I'm just so scared to touch B's. You said it fixed yours but yet you still can't drink green juices, how's that? Just trying to make sense of it
@Outlaw sounds exactly like what happened to me, you might as well try to do what I did where I took enough methylfolate to break out of paradoxical deficiency. At your own risk obviously, but that’s what I did. But the other steps are all laid out also
Hey man I still seriously fucked since that B man. Every time I eat vegetables I crash and become suicidal. Noticed the same with beef. Had beef on Tuesday night and couldn't sleep until 5AM, with massive anxiety and tingling limbs.1 day later I still can't sleep, feel agitated and I have massive (like I can never forget about it) tingling. Where do I go from here man? Obviously any positive I got from the waterfast doesn't mean shit, because if I eat stuff with folate or B12 I still get wrecked. This is a shitshow

Hey turnover, I wanted to ask you a question with regards to b- vitamin related problems. Recently I took a folate and b-12 supplement. After which I ate alot of folate rich foods like juices and spinach and crashed really bad. I fell sick, got a white tongue, infections, got flu like symptoms. Now no matter what I eat I fell really depressed and suicidal like never before. Reading your story it seems similar to mine. What would you suggest I do to get out of this . Like I understand your vary about giving suggestions but I am in a really bad state. Please cause I am in no shape to read through heavy articles that you have posted above. Also I started the b-9 and b-12 supplement cause I had been diagnosed with low b-12 somewhere in the low 200's. Because of this I am confused between a b-12 and b-9 deficiency.

Ok thats good news. If I took spirulinna it means Im not methyl fucked, but could I still be folate fucked?
@Outlaw might have been Glycine, glycine makes me feel like shit. If you’ve been taking spiralina, I doubt you are methyltrapped or anything with B vits as Spirulina is heavy in B vitamins. I can’t take it
