Hey bud didn’t you do TRT? Just curious how it went
The EpiAndrosterone antagonizes GABAA receptors and raises Glutamate, an stimulant neurotransmitter. That's why Ultra Hard and Andro Hard aren't good. PFS especially is deprived of GABAA receptor agonists, like Allopregnanolone, and adding an antagonist into the mix of this is just insane. Don't be afraid of things that actually are supported in science, both of what the compound has been studied to do but how that also applies to the established science of PFS. If you get scared to touch anything, you'll be stuck where you are currently indefinitely. I get the hesitation but I'm speaking from experience that it doesn't help and this condition requires intervention.
Oh thanks a lot man. You mean epiandro should be avoided specifically when overmethylating? I tried ultrahard 2 weeks after the B and got massive anxiety, so maybe that was it. I am honestly too terrified to touch butyrates I think. I have supplements PTSD since that B, that seemed super safe. My other safer solution would've been to just use Niacin or Glycine to reduce methylation. But at this point how do I distinguish between a problem that simply needs reduced methylation solution (ex: glycine) or a complete methylation support (methyfolate and b12)? One supplement crash sure does make me hesitant. Are you familiar with what T25 did? Genuinely sorry for bothering, I just feel so lost
Whatsup man, You might've read it, I got wrecked from a B with b12cyano & folic acid in september. Ever since it looks like I have overmethylation symptoms (bad sleep, itchy red skin when eating histamine rich food, new tinnitus tones). Also, I first thought the dental cleaning worsened my hyperacusis but it could very well be from overmethylation. Took many steps back PFS-wise since then too. Used to get severe insomnia when I ate too much B12 or folate, but now it seems like I can eat green vegetables and I'm ok. I was looking to do what turnover did (take small amount of methylfolate and methylb12 and increase slowly), but Im scared to touch mb12 since it crashed many. I was just curious if you had any advice in this regard, as I respect your knowledge and how you go about things. It's not a simple issue. What do think about that treatment and the potential risks? Hope you're good, I read your thread when Im down. You had it all and you're close to getting there.
Hey man, Jason (Jado). Thanks for the help. My email is jdonston@gmail.com. It looks like people can see these messages, so shoot me an email, and then we can exchange numbers. Thanks, man.
Hey Joe, I also live in Houston and I have been suffering from PFS for five years now. Do you want to connect and talk over phone?
thanks
Hey mate, what's the WhatsApp group? I hate this cult
Can you add me to your WhatsApp chat? I’m not a big fan of the negativity on PH. I like this site, but sometimes it goes a bit dormant. Thanks Brian
